You've got this trade on lock down Mario! Cant argue that this is the best way to mask and your eye for detail is unmatched! Thanks again for a grade A lesson in paint process Brother! I bought the master pro 22 with the 1.0mm tip and am very impressed with how it sprays. I picked up the 1.2 and 1.4 tip for it as well with the 125ml pps cups for getting into small spaces. This little gun saves paint and lays down paint evenly. Thank you for recommending the master pro gun!

Great job. Masking is the part I hate most about painting. I may have to try that trick out on masking the inside of the A-pillar. I normally use foam, but sometimes it doesn't seem to want to stay. Then you have to unmask most of it to open the door and fix it. Do you have a video of burning the clearcoat in? I have done a few, but trying to get better at it.
So the blow in area is 1000 grit and u melted in the clear and polished the 1000 grit scratches, do u have a link on ur melting in the clear and prepping them?

I painted my car today at home and used your tape trick for around the pillars and it turned out 90% perfect. The other 10% was user error but nothing a little 2000 grit can't handle. I'm a rookie so I just don't have the practice but the overall result was satisfying. I have one area about 6 inches long that I need to clean up. Excellent trick and tip sir! Again, just wanted to say thank you!
