Very well articulated ! Important message in here for all town planners and state governments. I had the privilege of being in the the Master plan presentation of a Smart city in India..but none of these questions were either asked or addressed. Time to dig in deeper and ask the real question - how is it conducive to the development of Life ?

This is really great talk, forces one to introspect deeply. I surely learned not to misunderstand and misuse words what they really stand for.

I wish the camera had placed the slide show as the back drop during the talk. the camera pans towards the slide show for 3-5 seconds and this is frustrating
