Oakland only has 9 acres, Bally will put their resort on the rest. This includes towers with rooms, restaurants, and a pool and casino. Bally has a 50-year lease, and the As is only renting. So Ballys would get the front of the place to put their brand name. What about the parking? There need to be parking for the hotel casino and restaurant employees and guest. There needs to be parking for the Oakland employees and guests.
