Those ‘extractors’ are beyond useless.

I just wonder why they don't use suction or something like a little vacuum of some sort rather than pressing on them and sometimes causing bruising. Then as I was thinking about it it would probably smell pretty bad too but you would think it could be diluted 🤔, got to keep up with the environment and stay clean.

Should see the size of the dilated pore of winer I have. It's insane. Just need to get it removed but I'm afraid it's so big the hole after removal will be too big
Would a small slit with scalpel improve removal of contents. I am speaking of the first one.

If you use a cauterizing tool on this it will come out easily. I saw Josefa Reina do it once.

I think the first one was a either a dilated pore and a cyst or a cyst that was open to air creating a black head and not a dilated pore of winer.

It doesn't look like any lidocaine was given. Would scraping the inside with a curette followed by a light cauterization increase the chances of it not coming back?

Each dr is different but I think he prefers not to numb. In a cyst video he said lidocaine would cause more pain.

Hello Dr. Mudgil. My interest is,why is Vaseline your go to after a procedure. Does Vaseline have healing properties in it. Or is it being used as an protectant from the elements.
Bacitracin and Neosporin are highly allergenic, which is why I advise my patients to avoid using them.
Trauma RN here. Can confirm. A lot of old school trauma doctors still prescribe bacitracin and neomycin topically for minor road rash and some patients develop allergic skin reactions. It's not used as much as it used to be for that reason.
@@AmyAnnLandthat's interesting, I can remember my brother wrecking a bicycle and cutting the palms of his hands pretty bad and all the dirt wasn't out he got blood poison and got scrubbed out with safeguard soap and I think it was Neosporin they used and covered for a few days and shortly after it happened to him it happened to me only I had mine scrubbed out at home and oh my gosh did it ever hurt sore for a day or two Tylenol regular strength for pain and I was good to go, it was a little tender but I healed without a scar.

Amazing. How does one get such pores of winer? I once had one on my shin, literally 50 years ago and another one on my breast about 15 years ago. I took them out myself. Their content was also massive. They never reoccurred.
Maybe he doesn't pay attention to his back because he did have a Lotta stuff
They get them because they shower alone. If he took a shower with his wife once in a while, she would have definitely seen those before they got that bad!! (If she’s a pimple popping gal!!) 😂

Only time I’ve ever had one of these was on the inside of my nose, I felt like a kid on christmas morning. Sadly had it cleared in only a minute, but the solid chunk I got out was soo satisfying.

I squealed like a tiny girl on Christmas morning when I saw this video bc I knew this back. I was DEVASTATED on the other video that shows you popping his other cyst but doing nothing with the HUGE, one of a kind blackheads. The video was awesome….. just sucks that the TWO money shots were both missed. Seeing that thing really come out would have made my ian week!! Good job!!!

Or gently scraping the lining with a small curet.

Why do i never see anyone use some sort of suction to extract. Is there a reason this wouldnt work
The pressure needed to use suction to remove would cause damage to the skin. So most don't use suction to prevent skin damage
Would using a tweezer help to get more out?

The application of moist heat prior to extraction would make this a lot more effective.
That's only needed when the bumps don't wanna squeeze and come out
@The_Drake_London Heat dilates pores so it would always be beneficial and less traumatic to the skin to apply heat and moisture.

Hoe fo you prevent s pore of winer from reoccurring? I have 1 up onthe back dode of my shoulders where I cannot see it or reach it, but I can feel it, I have been to the salon s couple times and the lady cleaned it out byt it still comes back andmy husband has cleaned it out a few times. I'm just sick and tired of it. What can I do?

This video has set a dauntingly high bar for all the doc's fellow practitioners to follow, from Sandra Lee and Mr PopZit to, the Asian acne spa techs, and from there, to randos addressing their grandpas' bacne for whatever reason. I have *never* seen a professional popper extract a DPOW without the aid of a device and some digging before today. Grand job and then some, Doc.

I highly agree with you! Although Dr. Lee may have led the way for mainstreaming pimple popping with other Derms following, the Asian acne spas (aka Happy Ending pops😮), and the ByDs (Back Yard Derms, where the dirty tackle box is their medical tools), where it's alot of drunk yahoos popping cysts that should have professional medical attention are usually hard to watch witnout cringing. The Doc brought this platform to a new level that was multidimensional that could appeal to people's multidimensional interests. The Doc covers the gamut from pimple popping (not his mainstay), to working out, today's issues, "Ask Dr. Mudgil" (for dermatology advise), and just his wisdom and views in general. Come for the pops, but stay for the inspiration!
