served it with beef broth. This is the simplest version of Mee Hoon Goreng ( Fried Meehoon) as it's only use soy sauce as the main ingredients and taste so flavourful. You've got to find the right kind of dark soy sauce with caramel (smoky sweet) for the perfect taste of this dish
