VW915 Says Merry Christmas ZShark and have a Happy New Years. I look forward to new adventures and updates. You always put out some cool rides. And ... Congratulations on over 1000 subscribers.
Great videos brother. Haven’t seen you post in ages. I hope you’re staying safe man. You should drop a 5 min check in for the subscribers to let us know you’re alive and well. Cheers from down under.
Beautiful scenery and trails Z, sure nice spots You pointed out. But You are on a mission? need to manage some more miles befor stop I assume. I love to camp beside water, to hear waves or a stream. Hope You found something nice when it was the to stop.
Thanks my friend. Yes i needed to make some miles on this day. As i spent 4 days in Moab with Jay. And your videos when your next to a Lake are the best.
funny how you were just saying....lol. I remember that spot...was muddy when i went through and the GS was caking more and more mud....almost didnt make it!
Vernal sounds fimilar. Might have been threw there before. Im sure ill be up that way again. But feel free to ask away about the Dr650. Ill do my best.
Z Shark, I have been looking through all of your vlogs. Love your content and easy going approach to adventures. I was wondering what mods you have on your DR 650 and why you went with a DR after your KTM 690. As a fellow DR rider, I was hoping to learn a little bit about your approach to the Bush Pig. Feel free to point me to a blog or discussion board you may have. Thanks and keep on exploring.
Thanks for watching.. the main reason for the DR is less things can go wrong with it. I travel solo in remote places. Sensors.. injectors.. etc.. i do have quite a bit of mods on the DR.. but once its set up. Its just about as good as the 690. I enjoy the Dr more.. main mods are.. suspension.. tm40 carb.. bigger tank.. i buy most my stuff from procycle.. endless stuff for the mighty Dr.. hope to see you on the trail.
You have me itching for the UTBDR. Hopefully do it this year. Tracks look modest to intermediate with the deep sand bringing some additional challenge. How do you like the AS panniers?
I hope you get to ride the UTBDR. Its a great ride. And besides the price. Im very happy with the AS soft bags. They are battle tested and have held up well.
@@osimnod I ran my pressures on the low side for street.. And never really touched them besides checking dailey. I would recommend a more dirt tire on front. I had a Karoo 3 on front. And it pushed a lot on the UTBDR.. MT21 is what i run now.
I wish i had a good answer for that. But maunly my laptop is old and oveerheats when i try to edit vids. Waiting for the M2 Macbook 14inch. hopefully it comes out in a few months. thanks for watching.
Great series, thanks for sharing!

I remember your vids when i was researching Utah. Im sure the weight of that GS was a handful at times.

Hey, come to Vernal! Love the videos, Vernal is a great hidden gem in Utah. Plus I need DR buying tips.
Vernal sounds fimilar. Might have been threw there before. Im sure ill be up that way again. But feel free to ask away about the Dr650. Ill do my best.

Iv seen all your videos. Ever think of putting together a group ride? Ive got a DR and would love to ride a BDR.
I would love to do a meet up or group ride sometime.. I'll have to put some thought into that.. What state you live in?
Sounds like some good times. Im in Northern Nevada.
You need to do some new ones
Thank you Steel. I just bought a new laptop to start editing. Hopefully i will get some out soon.

Did you find out where you broke off that part? Stay safe! Thank you for all your videos!
It wasnt mine.. just really threw me off because it was so close to bike when i stopped.
I see you have the DR650, are you running with the upper and lower chain rollers installed?
The buzzed the upper off.not needed.. Dont think it has a lower. ill have to look.
Hey, Havent seen any new videos in a month or so, you taking a break from the DR?
HI Jordan.. I have more footage i need to edit.. But been real busy with work. Hope to get more of this Utah BDR out soon.. Thanks for watching.

And the sand was very deep in a lot of areas. Like being at the beach with no water :)
@@ZSharkPH Did you air down your tires or just power through?
@@ZSharkPH Even soft bags can be pricey. Wonder how they compare to other brands (Tusk, Mosko, GL, etc.) with similar features?

So you haven't uploaded any videos in a while, what happened?
I wish i had a good answer for that. But maunly my laptop is old and oveerheats when i try to edit vids. Waiting for the M2 Macbook 14inch. hopefully it comes out in a few months. thanks for watching.

Man it stinks you quit uploading vids. I'm a nobody who enjoyed watching the adventures.
Thanks Man.. I hope to start editing again. But it's very time consuming. Appreciate the support.. ride on!!!
@@ZSharkPH totally get it. I would just rather ride and not worry about filming myself. Just bought a DR and watch anything related.
