Loved having you on this trip! You brought such a chill, open, and adventurous energy to the trip. And I’m so shocked with all the footage you got. I didn’t even notice you were filming this much 😅💛
Thank you for sharing your journey with us! I love how you’ve shown the location and name of the places you have been! Sounds like it was a fun experience!
How awesome to travel! I’ve never been back there since we came to America in 1980. Will be looking forward to sight seeing and eating good food if I ever get to. I love the museum you guys went to see. So interesting that they have our Hmong culture artifacts there too.
Thanks for sharing this video! Looks like you had a great time. Makes me miss Laos so much (I went to Laos back in 2022!). Random but I actually learned how to make Kopiak from one of your videos during the pandemic. Also random, but I believe Saeng and I went to school together as undergrads at UW (University of Wisconsin - Madison).
What is the name of hotel you stay at in Luang Prabang that has the tuk tuk 🛺 car that took you guys out for the tour? Also, where is that stall call that you guys had the fawm khauv (ban cuan) in Vientiane? I couldn’t find any when I went last month 😢.
I was on a tour with a tour guide that helped us speak to locals and we had drivers that took us places. The people are very nice so if you use google translate or show them pictures, they can do their best to tell you or use gestures etc. When I was at the market buying things and didn’t know the price, I just showed them my calculator and they just pressed in the numbers.
i'm planning a vietnam and lao trip in jan. been trying to find motivation to go to Laos. So far all these trash ass videos on youtube are discouraging but yours might be the one i decide to go to VTE and LPB for a week.

You woke up beautiful memories from Laos. We had been there at 2019 on a tour from the Philippines, Laos, Thailand and Cambodia. Thanks!

Hi girl! Welome to Laos

We stayed at Le Bel Air Resort Luang Prabang. The Bánh cuốn place was Ms Joi's Bánh Cuốn Stall I think.
👍 nice
How do you book your vacation trips, did you go as group tours? Can you give more details.
I knew you meant chef Saeng from the beginning ❤ I’m a fan.
❤❤SA BAI DEE.
Good luck to you❤❤
❤🎉.
I am headed to LP in Nov - can you say anything about how you navigated markets and ordering if/when you didn't exactly know what you were looking at?
