- Here is my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited with the 2.4 tigershark platform from FCA. I purchased the vehicle last May and I have grown to really love this car for what it is and for what it isn't. Please let me know what you guys think :) planning on doing some Vlogs in the future as well. Please excuse my stuttering lol

I have a 2016 Chrysler 200 and I want my car to sound like that too. What exhaust did you use?
Man it sounds good especially for a 2.4 I have an 03 Honda Accord coupe 2.4l k24 engine and I'm probably going to do what you did it sounds good, keep up the videos and don't listen to some of the jerks on here. There will always be haters!

that sounds great bro, I just got a 2015 200 Limited, I didnt pick the car, the bank picked it for me. We have a muffler shop, Exhaust Systems Hawaii, that can set this up for me. thanks for the video. one thing, on a NA setup, using the 2.5in straight pipe to split to dual, did you lose some compression? did your butt dyno feel you lost/gained Low End or maybe High End torque or HP? or maybe you had the vehicle Dyno tuned since u posted this?
Honestly I got rid of the car a while back. Needed a truck so I have a ram now. But the car did gain some power. Increased airflow a bit but never dynoed to know for sure. But it was a noticable increase... small but noticable. Car picked up a bit more.
Is it only straight pipe or catalyst cut
Can you link where you got the spark plugs and there name size etc? Great looking 200 I'm slowly starting to modify mine to black it out and change my interior lighting to blue coloring to match my seats dash and trim!
Alex G hey man sorry for the REALLY late reply. You still need that part number? Sadly, i had to get rid of the 200 but if you need any help with yours lemme know I can let you know where i did all my mods. Wasnt much but i did do a few more things to it before I traded it

Where did you get the exhaust
Should have took off yhe factory muffler bearings. Use the aftermarket Rollor Muffler Bearings. Gives you another 12 Horsepower and makes it sound like a turbo.

Hey dude, this was a muffler delete. I believe the resonator was kept. This car is no longer mine. I sold it years ago

yes, as long as you pass emissions. your car should be able to pass emissions as long as you keep your catalytic converters

I have the same vehicle, did the cold air intake install with no problems? didn't set a check engine light or anything
no did not. most CAI have a built in section where the stock O2 sensor goes so if you install it nice and snug against the throttle body you shouldn't have any issues
salg500 sweet i just bought mine but wasnt sure if it would set a code for the air flow
ArcAngle4580 nope I had no problems. does give a noticible power increase but its not much. the throttle response is quicker than stock so it makes the car "faster"
salg500 did the intake come with a port for the intake temp sensor or did you leave it disconnected? just curious as I was experimenting before buying mine and noticed unplugging it didn't set the light but did store a high code

Enrique Gross it was about 220 for custom pipes and resonator delete. I cut the muffler out myself and brough it to the shop so they can weld the pipes in

I think so. I know that x pipes add a deeper tone to the exhaust note. But im not an expert. I would recommend looking into it to see what's best

Theres no straight pipe exhaust system for the 2.4. All i did was go to my local muffler shop and they chopped off the muffler and resonater and installed 2.5 inch pipe in their places. Where do you live? Try to find a muffler shop near you. For muffler, resonator delete and straigh pipe overall was 300 bucks out the door. So if you wanna use that for reference you can though I'm sure there is a better deal out therw you can find

go on the k&n website or on amazon to order it the K&n part number is 69-2551TS. even with stock exhaust the cold air intake sounds wicked on acceleration, I just got mine and love it! now to do the exhaust ^.^
I did mine custom, took the intake box out and put a pipe and k&n filter on it. So much cheaper

Sorry men how much u pay for the exhaust system I have the 200C fwd 2.4
I paid 300 for the shop to remove end and middle muffler and install 2.5 inch pipe. Plus they did a Y to dual exhaust w/ chrome tips

@@andressalcedo724 honestly after i owned the car for 3 years (2 years with this setup) i wouldnt recommend. It got REALLY annoying after the first year lol a lot of drone inside car and i would get pulled over by cops whenever i drove in a tunnel for "illegal exhaust mods". Thats just my opinion tho. It sounds mean and it was worth the money in the end bc no tickets but still... If u want anexhaust get a flowmaster super 44. Agressive but still quietish at rev abd idle.

David McGrew the "tickastar" is better than the 2.4 multiair POS. At least with the Pentastar you won't burn a quart of oil every 1,000 miles after 30,000 miles,

i have my resonator deleted and i am planning on going to the shop to get get my muffler deleted, replaced with a y pipe, and put a glasspack where my resonator used to be. if i put back on a resonator, would that help with the drone but keep it still loud? I really dont want annoying drone, but i want it loud lol
Chester Burnett honestly anything that involves muffler deletes will have drone. Just more or less depending on the baffles in exhaust. Like, super 44 from magna flow will be quieter than the super 10. Its really just your prefrence. I outgrew it real quick tho lol
Chester Burnett best thing for loud is put a glass pack in place of middle muffler and keep stock muffler or put a aftermarket muffler in middle and keep stock muffler? Idk honestly just my 2 cents :)

jaee. jaee. Yeah mine is limited model. It didnt have the cutouts like the S model does and the exhaust just barely comes down lmao but yes I also had the shops make a custom y pipe to dual exhaust with chrome 2.5 inch tips.

Seth Bingman lol true. But I actually dont have this car anymore. Tried refinancing but bank didnt wanna lower my interest regardless of my good credit so I just traded it for a gas saver. I dumped too much money into this 200 and for a 4 cylinder it went through 13 gallons of gas in less than a week with conservative driving
salg500 Jesus... how was it that bad? My 3.6 is a 2011 200c and gets close to 30 if I drive conservatively... of course if I punch it all the time it's closer to 20 but that still seems like a lot of gas to burn... maybe the weight of the car was demanding more from the motor. I know the 2011 weighs around 3200 pounds but I haven't checked the 2015 specs cause it's just not the one I have lol
