I sort of got obsessed with building arcade cabinets. This is the arcade in my house as of October 2019. If I can find the time I'll go over each cabinet in depth in future videos.
Demanding career, had kids, and started a masters degree program. I stay too busy to do the channel justice. I really wish I had more time for UA-cam because I enjoy making videos and helping people.
Thanks. It has a JAMMA Pandora's Box in it. I thought it'd be hilarious to make a rad marquee with Chinese Piracy on it because that pretty much pretty much sums it up.
@@Connorplayer123 Thanks, man. I'm organizing videos from the past few years. I'm sure I'll find some stuff to upload. It will be pretty random, whatever I find.
I'm impressed man I love this arcade room. You even put a nest thermostat exclusive for that room. I would do that too for my room if I could budget in too lol. Well, nice project you did there
@@DJHicks oh that’s fine, I was about to ask why haven’t you made a PS5/Xbox Series X unboxing and set up video like your previous videos where you set up consoles like those. Hopefully you can get around to doing that one day, if you’re able to get retail versions of those consoles considering the chip shortages and scalping, lol
@@plasmaaxis356 I have both of the current generation systems, but I didn't record and unboxing or setup video for them. Honestly, the Xbox Series X was plug and play. The PlayStation 5 was simpler than I expected. Having kids has interrupted my hobbies for the past few years. Once we can play games together I'd like to get back to making videos.
I bought some Sinden light guns last year. I built a huge virtual pinball table and it's currently taking up all the space in the middle of the room, so I haven't started on the shooter cabinet yet. I'm also planning on a driving cabinet when I have the time and space.
On my list, dude. I want to wait and show my 0 year old son how to build these when he grows a human brain. I'm probably going to replace the vertical 60-in-1multi-cade with a slimmer vertical Game Elf 412 too.
@@chucksgrace3225 Sounds cool. If it's running in Windows be prepared for frustration whenever Microsoft issues the big bi-annual OS updates. The USB devices get reordered after every major update. player 1= player 4, p2=p3, etc. I have to go modify hidden system files to fix it. If you don't care about player 1 being on the far right side, no big deal. But I just can't leave it alone. My RetroPie builds never have this issue.
How come you don't upload anymore?

This hobby can get very addictive lol. Nice job on the room set up.
Thank you.
Dooooope!
Thank you. I'm about to replace Crus'n USA with a MAME driving cabinet and Tekken 3 with a MAME light gun cabinet. Very excited.
dead channel
Not so much. I'm just too busy to make public videos. I've made a few for school.
It's at least good to know your still here lol
Hah, yeah. I'm around. Thanks.
@@DJHicks gonna be uploading anytime soon? You are one of my favorite UA-camrs

@@DJHicks yes, lovely arcade room
Huh. Neat.
how comes you're not posting anymore ? :(
Dude, I have two kids. No time for anything anymore. I really will post some arcade overview videos some day. I enjoyed building/fixing these.

I'm in love with your launch box cabinet 😍
Thank you. Me too. I've played it more than all the others.
Hey man can you tell me where you bought that wolverine pixel wall graphic?
Good work dude nice
I'm so jealous of that Tekken 3 cab.
It was what kick started this addiction.
Man that tekken 3 machine with the crt screen looks sweet =D I remember playing that back in 1998-1999
Thanks. There are two other machines in there that can play Tekken 3, but I keep this one around so my kid can see it on a CRT.
@@DJHicks yea its a totally different experience crt, I was lucky to experience it in a arcade near me around the l8 90s, but now a very rare find
do any of those cabs double as shooter cabs?

This is awesome man! From the cabinets themselves to the wall art to the Nest thermostat haha. Seriously though, great setup and choice of games!
Thanks dude. You're welcome to come check it out.
DJ Hicks thanks for the invite!
Nice job!
Thanks, it has been really fun getting all of this together.

@@DJHicks Nice man. I'm currently finishing up a custom 4 player dark TMNT themed arcade cabinet. Can't wait till that beauty is done.

@@DJHicks I hear you man. Yeah, it's a pain. I hear there are some programs to help with that (controller IDs). Haven't tried them out yet.
