From what I have seen, the only way he could be removed from a SO registry, is if he was a minor when the alleged account happened. If not, you typically can not be removed from a SO registry, unless you have A LOT of money, and some impressive connections. Given SSSW has a history of just saying things to make people she does not like in an attempt to make them look bad, I'd safely bet she was lying.

The obvious explanation is that she lied, if not necessarily about believing that he was a sex offender, then at least about having _seen_ him on the registry. But her arrests, showing up to Jack's door, and her willingness to unabashedly maintain a lie in front of the public (ie. the marriage), it seems pretty obvious she simply recklessly made a false accusation.

My issue with this whole debacle is that Lia has shown this behavior pattern consistently with no repercussions up until this point for - not months, but *YEARS* until it got to the point of her doing something that everyone on the internet unanimously agreed was going way past the line. She smeared numerous peoples names deliberately to oppose criticisms and bashed any “competition” that she thought was standing in her way. Leafy being pulled from UA-cam due to what they considered bullying was the exact type of behavior that Lia has been committing for almost an entire decade. It started out with something relatively small; claiming that other people who did content similar to her were either faking their appearances or faking their gameplay, then tumbled into accusing someone of being a s*xual pr*dator with no merit/proof, throwing ab*se allegations with again no proof or merit, and then FINALLY - the thing that pushed the envelope for everyone - doxxing Jacksfilms. Truly, Lia did get a slap on the wrist compared to others who did far less than her and that’s just foul.
Those who think Jack went too far with how often he made videos of criticizing her can hold onto that belief, but Lia is an adult in this as well. If she truly felt like she was being harassed, she could have easily made a report on it, OR if she believed they could talk it out like adults? The internet is probably the most easiest and accessible route to contact just about anybody, Jack included. There was absolutely NO need to go over and tape record his house like some creepy stalker, posting it to her socials for someone else to do gods knows what. No one can deny that there could have been someone who deliberately go out of the way to cause harm in her name. And no, I’m not saying Lia can control what other people do, but there will almost always be one at minimum of those types lurking in the corners of whatever parasocial group they’ve latched themselves onto. Then she had the gall to initially fein innocence, claiming she “doesn’t know how to doxx”. She wouldn’t be this lucky if UA-cam wasn’t making bank off of her content and that’s why quite many others - myself included - are thinking this situation was handled terribly.

Out of curiosity I went to see a more recent video of her. She is still making reaction videos but she removed the ability to make comments. What a piece of work. She is truly scum to pull what she did and get away with it.
What's even more frustrating is she announced she was disabling comments to protect her "mental health" and basically presented the situation as if she was a victim of cyber bullying. Like sure, people were definitely going at her, but it's hard to call it cyber bullying when it's an outcry based on her own actions, that she continues to flippantly ignore and goes on pretending she's done nothing wrong.
