When you file the gold, you can collect the filings and re melt them. What happens when you use laser to carve things, does gold just evaporates or what?!

I like it but I do find rings with the same width all around to pinch the back of my finger when I bend it. I like a tapered back, also, I want a solid thick ring not hollowed outward. Pretty design.
