- This ring was made as per customer requests with a customer gemstone in the center. The video shows how modern machinery and classic techniques can be used, fused together, to obtain a jewel, with the characteristics of metal, equal to objects made entirely by hand and a precision of execution that manual skill sometimes limits.
Your unique . Old world concepts ,new world tooling ,lasers for cutouts n welding . Raising the more precise on finished product . Being a Mechanical engineer, I spot differences between craftsmen . Yours is a unique style !
❤ love watching your videos. So soothing to watch. True craftsmanship
Nice job as usual, I have just come back from Andamooka, picked some Opal rough from my mate.
thanks
Beautiful jewelry and excellent work.
thank you
Tres belle bague, c'est juste dommage que le laser ne soit pas super bien maîtriser, ont voit beaucoup trop les impacts du laser...
I watch enough @BlackOpalDirect to instantly twitch when you write "harlequin opal" because without even looking at it, I am certain that it is not harlequin :)
how would you classify it?
@@scaffoal @Freakwave26 Floral Flagstone perhaps? (I have also followed Justin on BOD for several years and agree it's not really Harlequin)
Agreed... Please read my comment below.
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing.
thank you
Beautiful👍👍
Hi what lazer cutter do you use.
it is made in China, which you can find online on all the big online sites. It has the advantage of having a low cost, and the defect that you must be able to carry out all the installation and calibration steps of the machine and the software.
Another incredible video!!!!!😊
@@scaffoalThank you
Love opals
wow.. ok.. that's not a "harlequin" opal, "harlequin" refers to the pattern of which this opal does not produce, your workmanship with gold is absolutely terrible, there are so many rough spots that are not even filed down let alone unpolished.. what are you doing!!
The stone in the video belongs to the client and was accompanied by a gemological certificate. Furthermore, if you are able to create better products, you can simply post videos of your work; every piece of advice helps in improving. Thank you.
Bad editing....😅😅😅
What would make the edits better?
