Good video bro. Keep them coming. You helped guide many people to the source of ther problem by a least eliminating different diagnosis.

Could be the inside bearing or the rotor bearing rubbing on the stator

I was thinking the same thing. Thst would require more work in taking it apart, obviously.

I had the exact save thing happen to my meepo board, I have yet to find a replacement washer/spring to put back into the board to eliminate the free play

I had the same issue on mine. The issue was stupid... one of the connectors on the esc was disconnected and it caused that to happen...

My board also makes a strange howling sound when accelerating or braking. In reality it is louder than it appears in the video to be. Any ideas? Maybe the bearings? ua-cam.com/video/cihPQVBbC14/v-deo.html

Hello! :) Did you ever get to the bottom of the issue?

    • @LongboardTechnology

      Not really.
A few weeks after this the speed controller went bad and messed up the other motor. So I never got the chance to mess around with it too much.

Check the inside spring washer next to inside bearing. Access to it by taking motor off truck. 4 bolt motor plate.

    Hi, mate!
I know it was long time ago, but recently I had the same problem and it looks like that for my situation the root cause were defected bearings (I've changed them with difficults, but sucessfully) and inoperated Hall sensor.
By the last item here is cool guide (pls.refer to video below) by diagnostic and changing (sorry, it's on Russian, but it has subtitles I hope). I changed my sensor (1 of 3 on "noisy" wheel) and I can confirm that this below guide is applicable for TeamGee H20

    Best Luck!
