    Man, this is one of the simplest Front Lever tips especially for struggling to get their Full FL. I got 3 seconds Full Front Lever but stopped for few months so getting back to it, Agree with you man, Front Lever Pull-Ups is what worked for me ever since I trained Front Lever. Thanks Leikarts!

It's to buy a set of elastic bands to adjust volume and intensity on full front lever pull ups (put the band behind the lowest part of your lower back). The more you progress the lightest elastic resistance band you want to use..

    I guess when you are small and skinny every FL exercise is the "best FL exercise" because you will unlock the FL in a few months anyway... Do you have any proof that for example you stagnated when training FL static holds, but improved when doing FL pull ups?

    • @LaurisLeikarts
      @LaurisLeikarts  2 роки тому +13

      It is true that the front lever can be achieved doing different exercises than the main one I explained in the video, *if* you already have a great base of pulling strength.
      For me however, I literally couldn't do 1 second of straight front lever hold with about half a year of doing holds and raises. I didn't see any progress, until starting this single exercise that changed everything and got me a solid hold in a very short amount of time.

      Hey! You're on the right track! And you must not forget that the full front lever pull ups are an extremely high level element, so naturally taking them from straddle to full can take a while. Just keep working with your explosive adv tuck pull ups (first sets I would do super advanced- half lay or the straddle), and you'll reach the full pull ups eventually 🔥

    Dude wtf. You can't compare the front lever's strain on your abs with flat leg raises like you do at 0:40. You'd be better of comparing a front lever to a dragon flag.
