Exactly what have you researched to find out that these 5 dont have molasses. Distilleries will never reveal. Pls tell the percentage of scotch and indian grains used in above 5 brands for a better review

maqintosh sliver edition I just tried tonight and it blowed my mind with it’s quality and taste. Yes it has grain ENA which is noticeable but I tried it neat and on the palate it tasted like a salty malty slightly peaty taste yummamia😘

Golfer shot raw or with equal water, taste is excellent but if water is mixed More , taste is lost totally
MaQintosh has changed my perception on whiskey drinking. Like majority Indian drinker, I also preferred water with whiskey but MaQintosh has changed that obstacle. According to my observation, 2 things make MaQintosh a great whiskey are 1) it's test on your palate, WoW😙😃😄😲 (obviously only with roasted salted cashew), 2) almost no hangover💆 even after blackout 😅😆..
Though here in WB the price is little higher (Rs 1165/-) but at this price it is out of world product.

Yes it is in CSD I also tasted it but still you feel charcoal a bit , but yes its smooth and , if we take full still its good but people need to taste like this , we people drink to booze , so no one know about taste , but yes I still like this whiskey

I try Maquintosh blue from Amrut. its written added Grain ENA no molasis. but it is very strong spirit in taste. and very strong in nose also. very difficult to drink with water also. very bad experience. isnt it orginal ????
MBs review are definitely great , Makintosh silver is definitely great on taste and pocket , presently at Bangalore this whiskey is priced at 1800 INR , star walkers not available in South India any leads to procure this whiskey would be great

No doubt Rockford reserve has the taste on par with blended budget scotch whisky. But there is grain neutral spirit written on it . So i doubt that they don't use molasses.
There are two versions of rockford.
Rockford classic and Rockford Reserve.
Classic has neutral spirit which means molasses but reserve uses only grains based whisky

MB has revieved all Wrong here 3 out of his 5 mentioned whiskey are made from grain neutral spirit. Rockford , BP and Golfers Shot, all are molasses based Whiskeys with a clear label mentioned of Grain neutral spirit. In Golfers shot review he himself mentioned it as molasses based whiskey. Not sure about star walker though.
Maquontsh dosen't contains Molasses but contains other sugarcane spirit called yene. See review of Cocktails India -Dada Bartender.
