Sorry I missed the stream. It was my GF birthday party.
Look for lands in Bataan. It is close to Metro Manila which is about 50 Minutes by boat across Manila Bay. It is also close to both Subic bay and Angeles City. The province is practically close to everything that gives you city necessity but at the same time live the province life. Best part of Bataan is that it is where the mountain meets the sea.

Susie, I recommend that you explore the area along Aguinaldo hiway in Cavite, particularly Silang, Amadeo, Alfonso,Tagaytay & Mendez area there's lots of farmland & resort and the weather is cool jave fertile soil. Thnks. -&God bless you both.🛐🙏🤗 It's only two hr. ride from Metromanila.

Go to davao,its a center of your distanation, you can go to north or delnorte. from davao you can go to bukidnon or general santos or surigao and samal island close to davao.
You can also try to see La Union area. More province life but also near Manila or Baguio. Close to hospitals.
I suggest Silang cavite it has Calax access to manila near in tagaytay !

La Union is nice . There are grape farms there.
My brother have a farm in Talugtog near Umingan ,pangasinan.I always watching your blog as a proud kababayan from Pen.N.Ecija also..If you are interested ? I can connect you to my brother..The farm is not a plain area but a hill for fruits ,vegetable and animal stockyard.

last time i checked, former filipino citizens(natural born filipino) can still own land in the philippines but only a maximum of 1,000 sqm
edit: 1,000 sqm of urban land, or 1 hectare of rural land, and should only be used as residence not business. the law is under section 2 of BP (batas pambansa) 185
Yes that's the rules but other countries liked Chinese they allowed to buy more than our limit investors visa is the worse si beware

you need to buy land in a city where there is a good hospital for your parents if needed.
Buy a property with no crimes country alike close to town near hospital school means closed to all anemities with lots of fruit trees etc n u can plant more goodluck
i don't know if i missed it but did you find out why there was such a huge group going to visit that remote mountain lot for sale?

We think it's because they were selling a land worth billions after all so probably there are many involved in the deal. Plus they must have known it's a sketch area so maybe they were afraid as well 😂
If you are hunting for a retirement land then try Tagaytay or laguna but since you are already married to a filipino maybe it is possible under your name just what Kyle Kulas and Finn Snow did
We have agricultural land for sale in San Clemente Tarlac. With access on road's. Titled land. I can send pictures of it if you like. Near future bypass road to Clark
Do not buy house and lot in Quezon province bcoz its too far in Nueva ecija and Metro manila buy house and lot in Valenzuela city and Bulacan province near Manila also part of North luzon
areas along the typhoon alley are not good candidates.
Be Careful buying land in Luzon, this area is flood prone area. Get an elevated area
