- The Untold Truth Of Fred Astaire Is Out.
Fred Astaire, a name etched in dance history for his unique fusion of tap, ballroom, and ballet, continues to leave a profound impact through the ages. Throughout his illustrious career, he garnered numerous prestigious accolades and earned the title of 'the greatest popular music dancer of all time.' While Fred Astaire remains a source of immense pride for devoted fans, the enigmatic shroud that veils personal life, juxtaposed with professional triumphs, has left them largely unaware of his personal struggles and setbacks. It is easy to forget that Fred Astaire, like so many others, experienced moments of disappointment and unfulfilled aspirations. To gain deeper insights into the lesser-known facets of Fred Astaire's life, do not miss this video.
I remember Fred Astaire's earlier movies where he danced so effortlessly with Ginger Rogers. They broke the mold when they made Fred Astaire!
I have always loved Fred Astaire and always will. He was a once in a lifetime dancer and I’m happy some of his performances were in my lifetime ❤
Astaire was a great and graceful dancer❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The day Fred Astaire died, I cried all the way to work and then intermittently throughout the day.
As did I!!!!!
I always admired Fred Astaire and his style of dancing, he was the best ❤😅.
Fred Astaire's journey from Broadway to Hollywood is truly captivating!
Astaire's 1st wife was a widow with a young son. He had to court her for a long while before she agreed to marry him. When she died he lost all interest in life and it was only the persistent effort of his friends that kept him in show business.
Huh? Fred Astaire's dancing career and most of his acting career were over by the time Charles III was even born. There's no way Astaire was influenced by Charles' wardrobe.
You are right are some of these commentaries just ridiculous in the pronunciation of some of the words even worse?
When they said that he married a 35 year old lady at 81, it revived hope for me, and I'm only 74, younger in comparison, to Fred Astaire. However nobody would want to marry me, in any case.
Would you teach your damn AI robot to pronounce English properly? God that hurt!
Shame about the voice over. Really awful.
Whoever created this video somehow believed that the Prince Charles of today, was alive 100 years ago? He isn't the same man, still alive today and for one hundred years.
Thank you so very much
Yes, that's a glaring error. We see the WRONG Prince Of Wales. Fred's acquaintance was Edward, Prince Of Wales who would eventually become King Edward VIII who abdicated in 1936.
Please. If your not going to have a live voice, at least get one that can pronounce something as simple as Broadway
Fabulous 👌
Gene Kelly was a Great dancer but FRED ASTAIRE'S DANCE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND A GREAT JAZZ DANCER AND A GOOD SINGER STYLES S
This video is terrible. The mispronunciations are very distracting.
Oh you noticed that and there's so many other videos with the same mechanical voice
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME..........NOTHING ABOUT TRUTH OR UNTOLD...........LOUSY, EVEN PRONOUNCED HIS NAME WRONG SEVERAL TIMES
Ditch the computer narration and hire a real person.
I was happy for her Shelley Bar
This is internet AL robot lies
Untold truth? What baloney. There's nothing new here. I'm calling it the Untold Untruth because of the many factual errors. And don't even get me started on the terrible narration - simple words mispronounced, how unprofessional can you get? Not a worthy documentary of the great man.
Not a great critique, no facts about his history. He was born Fred Austerlitz to Jewish parents,
Astaire's mother was born in the U.S. to Lutheran German immigrants from East Prussia and Alsace. Astaire's father was born in Linz in Upper Austria, then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, to Catholic parents.
The untold truth is ........On weekends Fred would take Ginger to their cottage on the moon and sit outside , look down at the earth and watch Gene Kelly dance.
