    I followed your workout plan, starting at the very beginning of my second trimester, and I kept it up until the day before I went into labor (at 39 weeks). Thank you for your awesome, motivating workout plan! This really got me through my pregnancy feeling strong and healthy! I am currently 17 days postpartum and I'm looking forward to starting your postpartum workout plan in a few more weeks!

    I worked out while probably from 6-12 weeks postpartum, and then my depression from losing my daughter in January 2022 at full term made me unwilling and tired of working out. Working out is supposed to help my mental health but unfortunately, it got the best of me.
    Now, I’m 16 weeks pregnant with my little girl’s little brother, and after walking my dog for the first time in a while, I decided to give this another shot.
    Thank you Lindsey, for getting me through my first pregnancy, some of my postpartum, and now, my second pregnancy, starting today.

    31 weeks and I loved this one! My daughter (2 y/o) loves exercising with me. I got her 1 pound weights and we have the best time working out together. Push ups are especially fun when there's a toddler trying to climb on your back! Thanks for your great content!

    I am 8 weeks pregnant. This video proves that pregnant women can exercise. People always worry if I do exercise using dumbbells. but I was used to strength training before I got pregnant..

    I am 12 weeks and I seriously got out of my routine the first part of my pregnancy. I have felt like I am at my weakest and most out of shape I have ever been. This routine made me feel so so good. Even though it isn't lifting heavy, I sweat so much and didn't get bored.

    I am definitely not pregnant but I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and on the mend. Thank you for the modified version so I can still workout every day!

    I love your pregnancy workouts so much! Did this 38 weeks pregnant and i loved it. I do not like to walk a lot now but strength training feels great and brings up my heartrate.

    I’m not pregnant, but I was feeling super fatigued today because it’s just the point I’m at in my cycle… I did this and it was the perfect pick me up!🙌🏽

    So thankful for your workouts! 35 weeks and I’ve been doing a lot of your regular workouts with mods when needed but lately my SPD and SI joint pain has been acting up so I need to humble myself and take it easier!! 😅 But so thankful for a workout like this that still makes me feel so strong and leaves me in less pain than when I started! 🙌🏻

    I am not pregnant, but I love your videos and workouts. Thought this might be an 'easier' one as you are pregnant and boyyyy was I wrong. Heart rate through the roof and body is shaking, and I was doing the modified! lol loved every minute of it and will definitely do it again! added to my faves :) love your energy and your strength and fitness is inspirational

    Hei...I am pregnant with baby 4 and I feel that i gained to much weight till now... so I want to try this exercises... can you please give me a tip with what did you ate, intermitent fasting? Or did you have more meals...I am so confused😢 I will be so glad if you can give me some advices...i love your energy and you look amazing!!!!❤

    This was awesome. Im 26 weeks and really needed and enjoyed this. If during squats my lower abdomen feels very tight/I experience some shooting pains, and Im doing something wrong? I was a regular lifter until about a year ago, and since being pregnant have been in and out of actually lifting- so maybe my squat form is off?

    21 weeks here. Love that my heart rate was up most of the time for this strength workout! Next time I may try 2 15s instead of 1..I don't have a 20lb but like Rachel said, so many ways to do this!

I am wondering, if you don't mind, when did you start doing muscle reconnection excersises? I was thinking day three to start doing the leg raises and recconnect with my core, is that too early?

    My doctor says she doesn't want me lifting more than 30 pounds total and I'm pissed. I'm only almost 10 weeks. I lifted far more than that before I knew I was pregnant.

    Doing only belly breathing puts added stress of the pelvic floor. You should be expanding all the way into your back and ribs.
    Not just belly.
