At 4:04 I noticed that you concluded your answer as 14/4 but couldn't that be simplified to 7/2?
Instead of using the quadratic formula I converted the equation from standard form to factored form in order to easily get the zeros. This way I got (-2x+7) and (x+8) which simplify to x=7/2 and x=-8. I obviously knew that it was x=7/2.
the beauty of math is that there are multiple ways to do things!

@@melodiesformath I think I did ok, It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be and I probably will barely pass with a 70, results come out next week so I’m hoping I pass
