This is how scammers work; they just jump around to anything they think will convince you. It's really kind of funny sometimes

It actually caught me off guard, because I thought he was trying to say that the pictures were incriminating your deceased brother, and then he suddenly goes "These pictures are of you!!!"
Fun fact, ʰᵉⁿᵈᵉʳˢᵒⁿ appears to be the real name of the artist (Archie), suggesting the email was genuine. Just consider for a second the creative power needed to turn spam into a masterpiece.
I’d assumed it was changed so he didn’t give away his real name. I’m hardly a scholar on the topic though.
I have no doubt that the email is genuine. As well we can notice this is a template with the space for any surname to be filled in 😄

Archie Henderson is likely his stage name (as well as Jazz Emu). Performing artists change their name for all sorts of reasons. The email is genuine and so 'Henderson' looks to be taking the place of Archie's real surname, which appears to be shorter.

If I ever get the wherewithal to animate this, I pictured a human summoning a demon, who appears as a slick businessman at the front door. Sending the payment turns out to be a deal with the devil, which the human declines, and the demon shows them the 'naughty pictures' which is Webcam photos of them summoning the demon. And the rest of the video si this demon transforming into a terrifying beast chasing the human around the house until they manage to send him back as the music fades.
