I used to live 1 hour away from there and never knew it existed until about a year ago. And now I live 2 hours away with no 4x4 vehicle. I want to go when I get another. I have not checked out your channel, but if you have never gone, I suggest you go to Gultches off-road park in SC. I forget the town but you can find it in a search. When I went several years back they had 17 trails and I did all 17 in a Tacoma. I had 6”sus/3”body lift on 38’s but still had IFS and no lockers. They do have dedicated rock pits and stuff, but with a good spotter, you should be able to complete all the trails. It’s a fun place.
I'm kinda mad that I'm just now finding this video- I went for my first time THREE days after this video was posted hahaha... I was offroading for my first time in my stock 3rd gen 4Runner on 32s and I about peed my pants. Gets pretty rocky out there! Luckily, like you, I was able to make it out without any damage (skid plates sure came in handy though) GREAT video man. Loved it. Keep it up
Looks fun! Nice video. Was planning on taking my 1st gen sequoia out to somewhere very mild. Just a leveling kit and 285/70r17s. Which trail would be a good starter?
I would definitely recommend starting with Wolf Den, next after that I would say Falls Dam. The hardest obstacle in Falls Dam is the clip I show in this video, and I think with a spotter and the right line most 4x4 vehicles should be able to do it.
That’s definitely one way to go! I personally like the look of the fender liners and the flares, that’s why I have been trying to keep them, but cutting more metal is definitely a good way to go
I went in june..first time off road EVER..in a stock 02 Nissan Xterra...i bought a year pass b4 i came home..been there a cpl times...i stay away from the D's..lol
Nice vid bro. I took my 2018 stock ZR2 down Daniel going the opposite direction and even that had some pucker factor when your crossing the washouts. Keep riding and stay dirty!
Where did the Black ZR2 come from? Would love to know what mods he has. Bumpers etc. Looks like he’s running Cooper STTpro’s ? They look great. Video walk around on that truck would be great.
You’d make it through most of the trails. It wasn’t width as much as it was wheelbase for me. Crew cab f150 leveled on 295s scraped the running boards a lot. Width was never an issue though. The trails are pretty wide. Good luck if you end up going it’s a good tume
Hammer and cutting wheel is how I got 35s in a stock 03 Dakota with just torsion bars cranked up, unfortunately had to let it go, now I have a 17 Colorado WT and seeing yours I think it needs a lift and tires
Depends on where you measure ground clearance to, I had about 10” to the rear diff or 13” to the frame, the black truck would have been about 4” higher than mine or 17” to the frame
Really good video editing bud and I like how you showed the different hard parts in each trail... I got a video I made with my Silverado at brown mountain ohv trails go check it out on my page.
Cool video and thanks for the info.
I've been thinking of taking my 19 tacoma there soon.
Love it
What is the front bumper you are running? Thanks
How about a stock grand Cherokee Trailhawk? 11.3” of clearance.
6:00 - I completed everything but daniel and dickey bell in a stock z71 :D it was for sure sketchy though
Great video btw and love your positive attitude overall. Uwharrie is an awesome place. Would love to do a Colorado meetup there some time.
Your videos are getting better. Great work and keep them coming.
Thank you!

Takes a real man to know his limits.

Loved Uwharrie...took my 93 Trooper (Modified) and had a blast about 15 years ago! I miss that old suv...
I love this, don't see to many people beating on newer vehicles and using them the way I do.

@@campbelloffroad3660 Great! Thanks for the response. My girlfriend and I will be heading out there tomorrow.
I just took wolf den and falls dam trails this weekend in my stock jeep compass latitude with only nitto terra grappler AT tires
Great video ! Just got my 2020 ZR-2 yesterday and looking forward to some fun 👍👍👍
EDIT: question answered by watching the full video. Thanks for showing this adventure to us!
im just going to trim all that off my truck when i mount my 35s. all that metal is definitely coming off along with the wheel well liners

I had to trim that front of the rear flares on my ZR2... same for the metal and I'm only on 285/70/17 but I have 9" wide wheels with 0 offset.

I hope to film a walk around of his truck soon!
I'd like to take my Power Wagon up that way but I'm wondering how skinny those trails are side to side haha.
Yeah I wouldn’t recommend it, you might make it, but it’d be rough

Another great video. Thanks
All you need is small wheel base here I was there today
Yeah that would definitely help a lot
V8 4runner make it?
I went up Daniel and dicky bell in a leveled FJ cruiser and stock BFG ATs with sliders no problem, just saying should have bought a Toyota
What is your ground clearance, I have short wheel base ram 1500 on 33" and have 12" clearance. I have subscribed and enjoyed.

Great video, looks like a fun weekend.
Awesome channel man! You don’t see many people actually take new, expensive trucks out on the trails like this!
I made that in my 93 land cruiser!!! Fun
Shame on you for taking that bypass on Dickey Bell 😀 Great last name we share.
Damn. I love that other zr2’s mortar can storage haha.
if all else fails, use a hammer.
Ready for cut out flares yet?
