    I live on an island between finland & sweden. I once stood on a beach near our western coast & a russian fighter blew over our heads flying really low..
    The thing is NO ONE not even our own Finnsh army are allowed to be in our waters or skies without asking & receiving permission..
    Russia constantly does this agression thing where one or two of their fighters flies into others airspace. And same with their submarines & ships..
    They are annoyingly constantly everywhere.. like ants on a picnic..

      That is because they are completely surrounded in the Baltic. They can't do anything without violating NATO Space anymore and since it is such a tiny area no matter where they go they would look like ants on a picnic. Now though that Island your on between Finland and Sweden is armed NATO space. It won't be you and other unarmed civilians on the beach, but armed NATO forces with ground to air missiles waiting for a field day instead of watching helpless as Russians enjoy their picnics.

      I think that with the current population growth trends and the effects of them we see in the world, the use of nuclear weapons will be focused on major population centers to simply obliterate the enemy's capability of sustaining a long war. As described in the video, people come last as far as Russia is concerned. That explains the cannon fodder methods and other stuff such as cardboard stuffing in body armour. The oldies used to say, this during the Soviet era, that the Kremlin, the autocrats, don't care how many people they waste, even their own, as long as they retain the reins of government. In 1992 I was in Ukraine, and in places over there, I was not happy with toilet facilities. I was told that toilet paper was considered a luxury over there. In Australia, people have ready access to half a dozen different types of toilet paper rolls,rhick ones, thin ones, soft ones, hard ones, crinkled ones. Better care for people than in former iron curtain countries. One wondered where a country's taxes or wealth were used?

      You might want to get your information from independent sources...in two months of their counteroffensive, Ukraine has retaken 100 sq km of territory, Russia is still holding onto over 100,000 sq km. This has come at a cost of 42,000 Ukrainian soldiers and nearly 40% of all the armor we have provided to them for this strike. Ukraine is not getting the territory back, in fact, over the next six months, I would expect them to lose even more of their territory leaving Russia in control of well over 1/3 of the country.

    I have to say. Even though it's a short cartoon, it still puts a lump in my throat. Years ago, i was a certified key holder for the specials hold on an ammo ship. Basically, it required 2 of us to open that hold to gain access to the specials. Either for transport to another ship or if during a security alert to be the last line of defense to keep that hold secure. So yes, it puts a lump in my throat.

    At this point, based on what they’ve seen so far, NATO and US leaders aren’t even sure that Russia’s nuclear weapons have been maintained enough to work as designed if Putin were to try to use them. Also, some officials doubt that the Russian dead hand system has been maintained enough to work and that it was offline long ago with the collapse of the Soviet Union.

      Going by some believers stories these super beings fly across space to Earth then crash their highly advanced craft into the ground. Or they come to kidnap and sexually abuse people and cut up animals leaving remains behind which if they don’t want to be detected seems poor.

    I loved the book taster and it reminded me of a children’s book called ‘The Giving Tree’ Also I was reminded of the fear that the LHC could create tiny black holes that would accumulate at the earths core and settle there and basically would grow and grow until they eventually start eating the earth from the inside out. • @dennissettlemyre917
      @dennissettlemyre917 Рік тому +2

      Impossible. If you’re saying that a black hole could happen somewhere here on or in the earth. There couldn’t be an edge on any black hole. Their gravitational pull is too strong. Let’s say one develops, the planet would be completely gone within a nanosecond. There could be no earth around the black hole to even make a black hole. I hope I make sense 😂 it’s hard to explain.

    • @warpdriveby
      @warpdriveby Рік тому

      A black hole small enough to move unnoticed into the earth would evaporate before you findished reading the first letter in this sentence. The LHC doesn't reach anywhere near that energy, but even if it did they'd never make it out of the loop before exploding in little flashes too faint to see.

    Germany's dependence on Russian energy sources: On the one hand, people have relied on Russian energy sources for too long out of sheer convenience. On the other hand, alternatives are now being implemented. Moreover, the winters in Germany are no longer as cold as they used to be, which can be measured by how rarely it still snows.
