A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Most entertaining part is most of the time he breaks records without even trying. Having conversations on the side and cleaning the beard couple times while politely asking for small things with no sense of urgency at all. Very polite every time

We have vastly different definitions of "support". Her making snarky comments to him while not lifting a finger to help him in any way...is not really support. Not in my world anyway.
At no point does she ask if he needs more water, or if he wanted a soda, or anything..that's pretty simple stuff to do..yet she did none of that (and she never does.). To me that's called a lack of support in being able to do even the bare minimum to support someone.
Remember these are timed, he should NEVER have to be wasting time by asking the waiter/waitress for a soda or more water if she is along with him. She should be asking if he needs anything or just getting a new glass of water or a soda when she sees his water glass is getting low or utensils if something seems like it needs it.

@@adamwhalen836 lol no didn’t fix it. When he starts commentary he says something that’s sounds like “let’s do this” and to 4 year old that’s what he hears. I know beards saying is “let’s get it”.
What's hilarious is right in the video he says it's not even a word it's just an audible sound that he makes so you can interpret it as whatever you want yes it is absolutely adorable that your four year old does that
