My tiny servo bound up and wouldn't work when I mounted it in the front mount, if I was building it again I might drill/notch the mounting holes out completely and hold it all together, not too tight mind, with an M3/nyloc arrangement. I originally put it down to me being a ham fisted, bull in a china shop, heavy handed wally but my mate had the same thing and he's an expert 😀 I love the zip tie on the rubber band 🙂
can you do a video on chassis setup tips. Ride height, castor, toe out etc? Newbies would appreciate it. Also why run an option to install the motor left or right side?

Hi, the caster wedges aren't notched as the bumper plate is shaped around the arms .. see pic I'll add
