Thank you Josh! That was great experience! 🔥🔥🔥

its time for the steak review
Your kitchen is huge and well planned! 💯
Dang bro, I found the channel on UA-cam
Serving pizza in the “Brazilian steakhouse” was the most brazilian-steakhouse-thing of the whole video.
People even serve sushi in a lot of the steakhouses down here!
4.5/5 legitimacy
Brazilian but I'll keep the comment in English for the sake of it
I can see why though, bread, rice... all cheap enough and easily makes people full so you eat less meat (which is expensive)
there's one near where I live that will often have bread or pão de queijos for you to "snack" at the table right when you arrive, and they'll often serve pão de alho (garlick bread) and make a little "show" when serving their overpriced desserts, they'll insist you grab a drink asap as well... it's always the little tricks that works
LMFAO,i love how we invade every english speaker channel when we hear "BR" kkkkkkkkk, but guys you are right, side dishes are intended to let people Get full faster at steakhouses.. in a homemade steak feast barbecue, we just have mayo potato salad, farofa, maybe black eyed pea beans..garlic bread..maybe a pineapple or a huge onion toasted in the firepit... And thats all for side dishes... And he lost our delicacy, chiken hearths LMFAO..
Maybe, also a dessert, like passion fruit mousse ...but thats all at parties at home
Picanha?! You talking my language!!!! Let's GO.
Yessssssss the collab please!!!
Guga faz um episódio especial pros brazukaaaa
seems wrong you didnt get an invite Guga
wish it were you who received the call at the end
Guga!!! Gostoso!!
This is incredible Josh🔥

Can’tcook?
Saying “Fogo de Tchau” broke me hahaha as a American Brazilian still insanely happy to get some attention on Brazilian cuisine!
"linguica" foi o que me quebrou
Now I wanna try Brazilian food
Não sou americano nem brasileiro mas quando ele disse Linguica , não aguentei
He said pão de key-o too ☠️
But right away when they said tchau rather than Chão I knew it was going to be bad.
@@MatheusGomes-ej3mr "Pão de queijo" (ou "pan de kiyo") doeu meu pâncreas.
Josh’s pronunciations are absolutely killing me, literally had to pause and then rewind 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve not even heard British people butcher Portuguese like that hahah, love you tho ❤
No one butchers like the americans
As a Brazilian from the state of Minas Gerais (where Pão de queijo is from), I've gotta say that the video is great and I feel honoured to have an entire video dedicated to one of the most famous food restaurants we are known for abroad! Papa is love!
But- I've gotta say the original and traditional recipe for Pão de queijo does NOT involve in any way a muffin tray to shape them. And the dought should not be that liquid as well!! They are rolled in the shape of gracious and precious balls of cheesy deliciousness!!
We're just very passionated about our food in that state so I thought about leaving this note :>
Yeah there's no need for a muffin tray! I always get a really nice round ball when I cook it on flat baking pan. And it has a very smooth and crispy outer layer instead of the spongier surface you probably get with a muffin tray.
Se não cozinhar o polvilho no leite, não é pão de queijo
Na vdd n tinha nada de autêntico nesse vídeo kkkkk até a picanha ele pegou e marinou 🙉
Aside from Josh’s cooking skill and the teams tenacity, Vicram was the real MVP for editing (and jar opening) this with all the copyright issues!!!
Absolutely loved this! Love your crew being involved they seem more like mates! Really enjoyed thank you! More like this x
"No halal had bacon :(" gets me 💀💀
Gets me mad tbh, nobody said "Halal steak house" and Brazilian steakhouses usually don't use Halal meat... IDK why that guy was even invited if he's going to be such a dickbag; furthermore, he could have just rated whatever he chose to eat, instead of what he couldn't have eaten be the deciding factor for the rating. (I'd completely understand 0.1/5 for Ulisses' cutting skills alone, but that personal religious reason was small dick energy, and very petty)
Hopefully he ate some before he knew there were bacon
Cope jewoid@@YantoWest
Josh said, “How can I really SHOW how rich you all have made me”
Nice digs, though.
No kidding lol He deserves it tho Cool dude
You mean "I'm Jealous "
@@apexarrow3469 yes verry
Yeah, but he earned it. I'd rather a guy like him be rich than most of the other rich people out there
The Brazilian love in the comments, even with the terrible pronunciation of all their beloved foods, shows how chill they are as a people.
pan queio made my soul leave my body
@@Paint6370 I guess he was going for a Spanish flair? Hahaha
Brazilian Here… Josh trying to say pão de queijo makes me think about me saying Japanese or Chinese dishes names… probably quite strange for natives. Culture staff.
I really appreciate your recipes and even being a Brazilian I will give you a try 😊
By the way… you all should try smoked picanha… Brazilian barbecue in a pit smoker. Really amazing
Come to valorant brazil💀💀
As a brazilian who loves brazilian steakhouses, I must say I'm impressed. Good job, man, you know your steak!
thanks a lot for the dedicated video, im from the state of Rio Grande do Sul (far south of the country, famous for our steakhouses) and its really nice to see people around the world appreciate our steaks!
pretty good josh! as a brazilian, just saying: garlic bread is way more common in steakhouses or even at home barbecue (a churrasco, as we call it) than pão de queijo. pão de queijo is eaten more like a quick snack during the day, that goes nice with coffee.
other meats and cuts there are very common and famous in our steakhouses and churrascos are: chicken heart (coração de galinha) and hump steak (cupim). the latter can be cooked either in slices (easier) but also in one big piece, that obviously takes longer to cook, but the end product is amazing . (p.s. - come to brazil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
The people demand cheese bread.
good video
Coração de galinha é muito muito bom. I can eat thousands of them, it's a chicken massacre every time.
And filet mignon is not the most usual steak served in the churrascarias as well, there are lot of other options that are more usual
@@ertonick exactly! and when it is, it's normally served in small pieces, with garlic paste
Papa is not only a good chef , he is also a good entertainer.
I’m kind of speechless with this video. Josh dude…. Just wow. I’m no pro but I do love to cook for my friends. What better way to share a good time than having your friends over for some good company and some great food. What a great video. You’re the best.
You’ve been killing it! Thank you for being consistent and always giving us awesome videos to watch, the vibes are immaculate
ive never seen pão de queijo be pronounced so wrong but im all for it
tudo certo
linguiça too XD
I need to learn more about it - it kinda looked similar to a Yorkshire Pudding since it was in the muffin tin but ppl said they don't make it like that 🤔
SIM!!! HAHAHAHHAAHQ
Read this and i thought, how bad could it be? It is horrible
PLEASE COME TO BRAZIL
YOU DON'T COME TO BRAZIL
BRAZIL COME TO YOU
Used to live in sao paulo. The food there was some of the best ive had
Don't worry Papa got you(Read it with Josh's voice) 🤣🤣
He certainly need to come, visit some restaurants, and then react to this video with the local knowledge he would acquire. I mean, it would be a great content for a video in a couple years.
Seria bom né vei
Love this video and the creative theme. Would love to see more of it, as well as more of a hosted dinner that’s properly planned. I feeling very entertaining either way love it all!!
This episode was EVERYTHING!!!!!! I loved how fun it was! Josh, you're so innovative and fun. Your crew was most hilarious and the stars of the show!
A worthy reason to go to Brazil. Getting the chance to eat such well cooked food.
good video
Food tour here in Brazil ASAP
It's not... Trust me, it's not a good reason
Just so you know, actual brazilian bbq is nothing like this video, it's actually better
Brazilian food is a mix of the Portuguese tradition of generous portions and congenial eating mixed with tropical foods and some of the most delicious meats in the planet.
Many regional foods that will blow your taste-buds and keep you asking for more!
Josh, is there a chance of you making a video or series that explores menu development? Planning the dish, recipes, portions, and even cost. I would love to hear you explain how the process work as you are knowledgeable of the industry
Priceless!!!! Great video ~ thannnnnk you! Made my day! You and your team rock! All the best from the east coast of Canada. 🇨🇦👍🇨🇦
This is so cool! I made a ‘restaurant’ before as a kid with my sister and friend, which was just pasta since we were like 12-14. This is so next level.
As a Brazilian I must say you did a great job. And your portuguese was... well, you did a great job 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Don't lie to him it's okay papa can take it lol
The pronunciation of "Fogo de Chão" and "Pão de Queijo" made me cringe every time I heard it. Haha
@@JustADayLate linguika got me
@@JustADayLate he’s not Brazilian. Such a weird thing to get bothered by I always think.

This is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen, as a restaurant worker for 19 years and a bartender for the last 13, go Josh go! I hope y’all had a blast! Live it up and work hard!
Love watching the videos with the crew. Makes me miss the days I could hang with all my homies. Now we're sprinkled all over Tx. These vibes are those good hang out vibes.
As a fan but also a Brasilian I love how you pronounced everything!
That little Joker stair dance at 9:08 was unexpected but very welcomed
Love that you are involving the crew more ❤️ they seem like great people
16:38 my Boy Gully staying Halal!
Josh you are the man! I love everything about this!
Nice to see you doing some Brazilian stuff. For the picanha though, it's salt only.
This!
"I already forgot what this is." Give the poor guy some credit for at least remembering which table to go to after reaching the bottom of those stairs😂🎉
the way this man changed through the years. he was calm and now he is chaotic af. i love it
Can you take such good care of your friends I love it! Keep up the great videos
The way this man is pronouncing pao de queijo is absolutely sending me.
Ah yes, pan de key O, followed by a nice piece of Ling we ka?
as someone who loves lemon pepper to to the point of straight up licking it out the container, im happy to see you use it.
I'm so freaking happy for seeing this video about my country, lots of love from Brazil
I love Josh and his videos, learned a lot and the fact he uses solar panels to save electricity is genius.
The look you gave him when he asked Are we allowed to eat while we serve 😂

Why can't I get past that amazing house? Seriously, it looks like my dream house--wow!!!
Really HJ ? I see what you're doing, it's wrong. The man has a fiance.

Guga would've been the perfect guest for this video lol
For real, can't be doing picanha videos without Guga
And would fix his Pão de Queijo recipe
Babish too
I am so happy to see him make churrasco and fried polenta. The pão de queijo looked off, I have never seen it done in muffin trays or with parmesan (we use mineiro cheese). He was missing some farofa. But overall, a very respectable reproduction of one of life's most delicious experiences (cutting churrasco well takes practice).
E arroz e feijão
@@thunderthais Farofa. Faltou a farofa.
It's okay to use parmesan, it's probalby quite hard to find minas cheese there. Those premade in supermaket in Brazil use parmesan cheese too, but the reciep is wrong. One of the reason it looked off (dough too running) is because you're suppose to use hot milk, which kind of cooks the dough.
@@guilhermearaujo5868 No, parmeggiano has too many crystals to work in a pão de queijo recipe. It's the wrong cheese.
@@thunderthais quem come arroz e feijão num churrasco é amador
As a Brazillian, this is gorgeous. My eye balls are blessed. Thank you
The meat looked great, very entertaining! Loving your content, been trying to try your recipes, but well I don't cook so well, I'll keep trying!
🇧🇷 Adoro seus vídeos e hoje finalmente me senti representado! (that's portuguese, btw) Thank's for that, papa!

This episode was pure fun. Lessons and plenty of entertainment. Great show.
Come to Brazil to have feijoada and caipinha
And also drink sugarcane juice with "pastel da feira"
This was SO much fun, and I honestly think that if you guys had had a week to prepare, you would have knocked it out of the park
Josh throwing it back on a pole will be forever engraved in my memory, Let’s Gooooo!
You won't ever see that level of rizz service at Fogo de Chao! Thanks for the invite 💯
Nah Joushua really said new year, new type of content exploration and murder it in his first go. It everything in one, a recipe video a competition, a vlog, and along the way he was able to make his friend/coworker main characters, i love it. I feel like the more and more I watch you the more the crew plays a bigger role. Love to see it
Good to see Josh let loose from time to time. Great video!!!
Wow fantastic 👏 👌 good for you and your event seem to go down a real treat 😀..Thanks for sharing and greetings from England 🇬🇧 Beth and Simon 👌❤️👍❤️🙋❤️
Can we all talk about the fact that Josh has a baller house next to a junk yard?
He seems quite rich. i don't think all of that came from youtube income, but he does have 7M subscribers.

you should have someone from your crew pick out a box with mystery ingredients and you have to come up with a dish for them. Or get like a hello fresh box and try to make a completely different dish then what it was.
its so cute seeing him trying to talk in portuguese!!
