Consciously tell yourself that it’s maintenance wash for perfect skin. I do it bc living in the end means you aren’t doing anything to fix yourself, you’re just doing it for the love of your skin. I still do serums and masks etc bc I love how it all makes me feel afterwards. Also with the water & tea I drink. I’d say something like, “my skin always shines like glass when drink it, thats why I love it.”
I did this too and it’s amazing, if you are struggling with your skin - I have faith and you will see your skin clear ! Love your skin and focus on treating it with care and know you are beautiful! Your wounds will heel

For example say if you eat only burgers all the time, if you focus on the healthy parts of the burger (the lettuce, tomatoes, ignore the dressing etc) you'll gradually increase the percentage of healthy stuff you eat?
I have literally been manifesting my looks since childhood. I have Neptune on my ascendant, though so I think the understanding of this just comes naturally. Maybe it's something I should share, but I never knew how to explain it, so thank you for this🙏🏽💖 In high school and when I was modeling, I would stare deep into magazine images I loved until I literally embodied them, then look deep into my own eyes in the mirror, sort of "solidifying" the essence of my own version of the look into me...somehow the look would just manifest, sometimes overnight. He Had 3 babies in 2 years (1 baby in 2018, twins in 2020) and after I had enough of the pain and heaviness, I DECIDED what I was going to look and feel like again. One day I just started sweating all the time and dropped 50lbs in a snap. I'm in better shape than before.The law of assumption definitely works. I literally look different every day. It's like a fun game 😂
