That happens because you're no longer putting it on a pedestal as something within reach but untouchable or unachievable. It's much like the thing that you've always had in your possession for a good while. You don't think about it as much as you did when you had a desire for it...sometimes you even forget that it is there, not because you're taking it for granted, but because it has become a part of your reality so much that you don't need to see it for you to know that it is there...
I never understood the concept of affirmations, truly. I mean, if you embody that version of you who already HAS IT, that version would never spend time in affirming because it's already done. She/he already has it. It kind of contradicts the purpose
It’s the weirdest paradox I’ve ever faced. It has been a year or so learning these laws. And I’ve slowly came to realise that the “want” for me has never been about the Physical manifestation but the peace of mind that I thought would come from that manifestation. And I always thought that’s just a way to say “look you have your manifestation” (basically to cheat and pretend that this works) when you don’t have the physical thing you wanted but to say - you have it mentally. But I’ve realised that I can’t know as much as my divine self does , what I actually want. And so I don’t try to think of that physical manifested end goal anymore. I think of having a “peace of mind.” And watching these videos to try and gain more clarity and learn how to be more peaceful. And with being more peaceful I’ve been more receptive to my emotions. My job changed from one that was the most stressful to one that is so easy. It’s the same company but I changed office because I realised “this is not my peace of mind.” If I kept striving for my manifestation of being rich , I would have thought I had to wait out the storm and stay at that office till my manifestation came and saved me. But once the desired outcome changed to peace of mind. I knew I had the power to change job. And that I should wait out the storm as it want against my desire. And that created a domino affect. A less stressful job meant more time at home to do a hobby and work on my goals for the future. That time has made me find people and opportunities that has me closer in reach to the old goal of being rich. Instead of looking for that goal I looked to be at peace. And everyday I’ve felt a weird small step towards it. It’s so weird because it’s not what I thought from the start. It’s like my divine self is winking at me. Because it knew this whole time I didn’t want to be rich. I wanted to be at peace and thought being rich would bring me there. And everyday my divine self is showing me that is not the case. One day I will be rich. But it wasn’t what would have gave me peace. It is the state of being at peace that will probably ironically make me rich by a bi product and not the other way around.

An endless stream of thoughts rushed into my mind as I was watching the intro. There's so much I desired in my life because of my vacancy, desire was the only thing at times that kept me alive. The desire to express myself makes me feel indifferent to everything I've ever wanted. I'm faceless in every aspect of my existence.
I would LOVE to learn more about authenticity. After a lifetime of trying not to be my authentic self due to good old fashion trauma I’m moving in my own energetic space. I’m finding people like me! "There has to be a death or a sacrifice" I was preached to often and now understand. My latest mantra is "When I (my name) loses his life he will find it." I also say variations of this mantra daily as I create a baptism pool in my hands. I push myself in the gym which is a sacrifice. "Present your body a living sacrifice..." For a former athlete and still healthy individual the gym is my "olive press." I think of Michelangelo and his process of chipping away at pieces of marble that later reveal masterpieces. My mantra is a ritual of an "ego death" that I am trying to lose although it seems more realistic to chip away at it.

Maleeka, you are cultivating the most exquisite energy! I’m a pagan, following the teachings of particular goddesses, so at first I was hesitant with some of this content. But I can always listen and go in with an open mind if the person speaking is respectful, and I’m glad that I did. There really is more in common across the faiths than there is difference and I loved your refreshed perspective on the concept of sin because that really does align with my belief system! Only main difference with this content that is still hard to listen to is that these authors use ‘man’/‘he’ as the primary subject, which is so exclusionary because pretty much all judeo-Christian teachings are phrased as such. Whereas my faith has a subject of ‘woman’/‘she’ and since that’s not the common subject, it’s not as exclusionary. But I try to listened a second time and just which out the focus to be more ‘her’ centric haha. Truly love your content, I listen/relisten to you everyday!
Ok, you just threw a bucket of cold water on me when you said I romanticized my desire. My desire always had been a relationship so yeah, it really makes sense, oh, but also with all of the social media it's hard not to do so. Also I realized I romanticized friendships a lot but when I finally manifested it I discovered romanticized them anymore because I had a few bad experiences recently and honestly I wasn't needing it anymore and I was perfect with being aline after losing a group of friends. But THEN it literally manifested everything I always wanted in a friendship it's almost insane and I was wondering what I did right? And this video gave me the answer.
Many people cannot simply let go of something they really want or need. This is a limited belief. It’s an assumption that we have so that’s why it seems that way.
