We are looking to wrap our truck and habitat.
Thinking of wrapping pre assembly which would give a possibly nice silver contrast of the joining frame. (Not sure if bonding considerations needed since wrap would cover space where sika flex adheres to frame and panels) options for tooth cuts or 1/4 way under frame so adhesive bonds better 🤔
Or wrap over frame = shorter lifespan of wrap?
Have you all had any experience with wraps yet?
Or paint options with vinyl graphics of sponsors but durability drops considerably with "sticker" type applications.

The FRP and the anodized aluminum are both very conducive to painting or wrapping. The science of adhesives does tell us that darker colors that are heated up by the sun will tend to break down sooner than adhesives that are kept cooler. That being said, the GT design helps mitigate problems of adhesives breaking down, with the advent of glue pockets in our extrusions (now being copied by our competitors more often than not), our extrusions having more than double the glue pockets of other manufactures, and our panels having zero organics in our panels, making them nearly impervious to water damage. Our sub laminates under the outer FRP lament also dramatically improve resistance against delamination.

@@RVGlobeTrekker from everything I have seen your panels head and shoulders above the rest not to mention the customer service. Can you believe there were companies that didn't even respond to my initial quote request? 🤔
You responded quickly and gave a valid breakdown and quote.
Since the wrap is a temporary solution and box integrity and strength is more important perhaps bringing the wrap right up to the frame would still work.
