I am at AWE at your setup. Fantastic organization and I aspire to be in your place one day. I recently got my red seal ticket and one day I'll get my masters as well. Thank you for this video!
Awesome setup. You are ready to go. Glad to see that you invested in US-Owned and US-Made tools for the most part. 👍 Many ppl go red and dont even realize it's been Chinese owned for decades.
Just picked up on of the Dewalt multi tools from Home Depot yesterday. It came with a battery charger and two blades. All for $99. Got to use it today on a glycol line in a freezer! Definitely came in clutch!
He just said he doesn’t use a broom and dust pan to clean up his mess after he is done. So if you want him to do a service call in your home, be waiting to clean up after him.
@@weekendmasterelectrician5900 but of course everything in the van is pristine brand new just like the brush and dust pan so makes me wonder if you are working. SMH
Yes I do and yes most are new or newer tools to replace what was stolen or just outdated. The tough system is all new because I needed a storage system that works and I like dewalt. I am semi retired so I work when I want and I pick the jobs I want which are all charity now at this point so I only get paid cost.
All the gear looks pretty new, did your van get broken into? Great tour, not many people keep more gear in the van than me and you're one of them! If you're not sponsored by klein - you probly should be 😂😂
I have had plenty of tools stolen and i refuse to buy used (most likely stolen) I also upgraded my older 18 volt stuff since i had to replace the stolen items anyway.
With all those tools, where do you put materials? For service calls: Various size/color thhn, romex, various flex, boxes:bell,nail-on, surface, pvc, 1gang, 2gang, round, fan rated, new work, old work, blanks, screws, anchors, hardware, pipe, breakers, fittings(pvc, emt, flex, rigid), various color devices/plates, Rubbermaid cart for Comercial jobs where the work is a long walk to carry tools/materials. I see that bad ass PTouch and none of your pack-outs are labeled, you must have a good memory to know where everything is. Also a set of materials for at least 3 jobs you’re currently doing. I don’t know how you do it! Can you make more videos?
The van set up is new with new tough system boxes . All the tools will not be n my van at the same time … job dependent. Got a new shop with a tough system set up as well and with both I will be able to load the van as needed .
Love the video mam. Van looks amazing. I'm an electrician too. I've been in the trade since I was 18 im now 24 and love everyday of it. Just wanna ask you what power tools or other ones do you recommend for an apprentice. I have the the hand tools down no problem and impact hammer drill Sawzall and multi tool but i want to be prepared for everything. Any help would do thanks
I have used various brands. My first power tools were Makita but realized that Dewalt were better. I did leave dewalt and tried Milwalkee but just felt like Dewalt was a better fit for me. This was all decided 20 years ago . I have just replaced most of my worn out 18 volt stuff with the new 20 volt stuff and everything is great. To be honest; now if you go with dewalt ,milwalkee, bosch you can't go wrong. All of them offer great tools and variety. I stayed with dewalt because they never failed on me.
@@weekendmasterelectrician5900 I have all milwaukee m18 and I feel ya on the never go wrong part. I still have my brushed impact cuz it has yet to blow up from the abuse we put it threw lol. I want to start investing in more tools I just don't know what else to get. We do alot of commercial work and some rezy but not alot.

You have ALOT of nice brand new tools, none of them look like they have ever been used. How about a video of a normal work day? Starting to think this guy is stealing master electrician valor, lol. Just kidding man, sweet set up.
Don’t know why people still buy these Chevy vans that are 30 year old design. Chevy doesn’t even offer discounts on these vans. They keep up with the mechanical technology but everything else was designed 30 years ago. The other newer style vans are far better.
Yes I do agree but I bought this van a few months. ago and its a 1999 chevy express 3500 with only 43,000 miles on it. Never used for a service or construction van. An older couple bought becuase they needed a van to sell their BBQ sauce out of. I got for 6k inspected. If you see my instagram page when i bought it you will see it is in perfect condition. Side note: these vans still have the "BALL CHILLER" vent under the steering wheel for those hot days.

This video was absolutely awesome very informative....Amazing set up
You are really fortunate that you get to do so much fishing when your not wiring!

The rack is genius!
U gotta go with the little giant king kombo ladders. I like the way your truck set up. Great job brother. Keep it up
I was looking at those and most likely go in that direction

I love the lights. I’ve been looking for something like that for mine. Where did you get them and how did you wire them. Please and thank you
Amazon and tied them in to the existing dome light wiring.

Do you guys in the states not just have bending springs for your PVC conduit? You should try one it saves lugging that big heater about
Can't bend our PVC that way. Must be heated to bend.
