Just completed "30 day weight loss calendar" playlist.. it was hard but fun (or may be fun cause hard)... i enjoyed it a lot...
I like how you pay attention to transitions in your instructions, because a lot of time we forget 'how' to get there and focus on the final pose. - although on that note, the instructions sometimes becomes confusing because of left/right and elbow/knee mix up, especially when in a complex position where can't see the screen, i am like - 'huh how to i do that' - hehe - but ya still its amazing that you dont compromise on instruction due to pace, as in a lot of other YT videos.
Humble suggestion - could you please do the first set of instructions facing the camera please - for eg - if you are doing right side first, instead of facing the wall if you could face the camera, it would help immensely in case there is confusion with instructions or the pose itself, or to see your alignment.
Overall, really enjoyed the whole program, looking forward to more! :)

Thank you for another great practice!! I’m coming off a two month ankle injury and one thing I’ve missed the most is your flows!
My favorites are your 45-70 min power flows! I am so sad to have lost some of my strength and endurance during my injury but can’t wait to get back into it!!
you will catch up quickly; i had long breaks too, it is hard at the beginning but you get the strength back fast. just be careful with the ankle. take enough recovery.
