    I tried many diets like liquid diets , protein diets and intermittent fasting . I would easily loose 2kgs but immediately after stopping the diets I would put back weight . I was fed up and then Chloe ting and you came into my life. I starting portion control learning from you and doing exercises from Chloe ting . I understood that diet and exercise to hand in hand . Now I am seeing a drastic change . And people who don’t like exercise , you can try doing cycling ,swimming which I do when I am not in mood for doing typical exercises . And about diet it’s a lifestyle we should follow it for ever and eat food which you can eat always . I hope I win the giveaway ❤

    I feel my weightloss journey is little weird compared to what people are always used to hear. I started off at 78kgs and until 68kgs it went fine. I never tried any diets but I did portion control and I started with walking and then included Surya namaskar. Just with this i lost 10kgs. When I reached 68kgs my weight never went down. I tried adding HIIT workouts but I could never finish even a single video I found on UA-cam. Being frustrated about this I slowly lost control over my food also. And my weight went upto 74kgs this time. I just lost it and tried to restrict more food intake and increased my steps a lot, because I just couldn't exercise for 5 mins without taking deep breaths. I used to walk 25-30k steps a day. You might be thinking with this much of walking I might have lost a lot of weight. But I didn't, my weight stalled and even increased on some days. Then I realised that I have been putting a lot of pressure on my food by eating way too less and walking constantly. So then I increased my food intake, reduced my steps to 12k and had good sleep. Guess what, my weight went down to 69kgs. I was literally shocked. I know calories are important but don't be focused just on calories in and calories out, the kind of stress you put on your body is also should be taken into consideration. I also went back to my Surya namaskar. Now I do 3 days of Surya namaskar and 3 days of body weight strength training(20 mins)and take a day off in a week for rest. And i manage to complete 10-12k steps everyday and eat the right amount of food required for my body. I was actually planning to purchase weights because I was doing body weight exercises for a while now. And what a perfect timing.
    I have never seen anyone giving away weights ever before, that's really so very thoughtful of you, and i wanted to give it a shot. And that was my story. Keep posting and keep motivating us to lose weight not just to look good but also to be healthy and feel good inside.

    I was behind weight loss and looking thin for as long as I remember. But then came covid and I fractured my leg at the same time. I then realised how much I missed moving around and doing things normally.
    My entire perspective on fitness and health changed from then. Now, I aim at being healthy and fit and am very very happy with my body the way it is 😊

    As a teenager looking good is important than being healthy according to the society....so i started my fitness journey for the people surrounded by me..initially i have cut down all my unhealthy habits and started to eat healthy...at beginning it was too difficult for me but after a certain period i started enjoying it...i started it for others but on going i developed a healthy lifestyle and could take it forever of my life❤ i made many mistakes in my journey initially the fatloss was too easily with simple exercises then i started intermittent fasting that wasnt working out for me then i dropped it then i did strength training i dont have any equipment so i did it with body weight and alternative days i did hiit then i could see some changes i wasnt losing weight but i didnt worry for that since im getting in to an healthy lifestyle and i could see some dress fitting changes so i was even happier...
    Honestly speaking i am so energetic than before..
    And lastly i love to see your videos at some point you have helped me thanks a lot❤

    And about my weightloss journey mine is about learning that there is consciously eating what you are eating and not be too harsh on myself basically Changing lifestyle is the key and I started 101kg to 90kg still 15 more shed

    Here's what helps me when I am not in mood to workout. I just wear my active wear and dance on my recent favorite song, mostly on Indian wedding dhol beats. It makes me feel energetic and motivated to start my workout routine. For gym, I have multiple playlists and based on my mood, I choose one of them. It keeps cheering my mood and further helps me staying motivated.

    Hey! I am a new mom as well. Pregnancy and postpartum weight gain had to be reversed. Plus the tiredness and fatigue wasn’t letting me be myself and spend quality time with my son as I would be so dull.
    Just a few changes to my lifestyle like cutting down sugar, fried and greasy food, portion control, increased intake of veggies and protein, regular exercise and walks! I am now at my pre pregnancy weight and there is no looking back! I feel so enthusiastic throughout the day at work and also in the evenings when I spend time with my son ❤

    Hi Preethi,firsly huge congratulations on your success..i have started off my weightloss journey by following simple n sustainable pointers.I got very diffcult to follow certain diets which ended up in binge eating of unhealthy/processed food.Things that have clearly helped me are clean eating , keeeping myself hydrated , being active , not keeping myself away from rice/roti but having it in moderation. By following these i have been able to reduce 5 kgs so far and i intend to folow the same.I believe in consistency hence taking it slow n steady.I would want to level up my fitness jouney by strength training next so will be happy to win the giveaway as well..❤anyways much love and keep spreading love n u are definitely a great motivation❤ ❤❤

    Hey Preethi...glad to see u back with ur vdos...in the past many times I started my journey but stopped in between so again I used to regain all my weight...not once or twice like 4-5 times...but this time I was consistent so was able to succeed...I'm still on my journey...so I would say CONSISTENCY is the key💪

    Hi Preethi,
    I am on my fitness journey since 2 months. It's was great till April end,lost around 3.5kg, I was so motivated with eating salads, healthy homemade food and doing some form of exercise but with just one visit to mom's place and I left it all with letting go with a few cheat meals. I say this im still on my fitness journey bcoz once I say I 'was' on a fitness journey, I know I will leave it all. So just starting again today motivating myself by looking at ur videos and preparing my meal plan. I hope to lose a few inches and look good in my vacation pictures..
    I am commenting here for putting out in universe and hoping to get fitter and healthier together with community u have built.

    Well talking about my weight loss journey... Till last year I used to think dieting and losing weight is not my thing because I was never successful in it. But this january I did satvic movement uhc course and followed just few things like
    1. Intermittent fasting (Having dinner max by 7-7:30 pm)
    2. Morning walk for half to one hour daily
    3. Had ash guard juice daily morning
    I followed all this for 3 weeks only and lost 7 kgs. It was really surprising for me, actually did wonders. I am really grateful 😇😇

    So I'd began my journey with intermittent fasting, but while at it, i always used to be in a very bad mood, always irritated. Then I came across your channel and you introduced me to Rujuta Diwekar. Im a huge of fan hers now.
    For a very long time ive lost my routine and was exposed to junk which led to gaining of weight again. Ive started my weight loss journey again now. For my workout i use water bottles for strength. Would be really grateful for the dumbbells.

    As a kid I was fat shammed, I started avoiding food 😞. Yes I did lose 10 kgs but started feeling low and weak all the time. I switched my diet to healthy eating after seeing videos and books. Got knowledge on strength training. After 9 years here I am got certified as yoga instructor. I always felt fitness and lifestyle must become a subject in our education system❤. A small change in perspective helped me to see diet as healthy eating and fitness as lifestyles. You always inspire me Preeti didi ❤

    The moment you mentioned ABS showing up, that hit me because I am again one of those who is just trying to lose weight and gain muscle but without compromising my diet and in the morning, I noticed the same in me😂.
    It all started when I put on weight in lockdown and i straight away gained 10 kgs and hit 66kgs in sometime. Now when it started showing up, it didn't care about it but when it impacted my Period cycle, it scared me to death so, i decided to lose weight.
    I donot like to go out so, it may sound fancy but i bought a treadmill and without a doubt, it is something, i can't think of starting my day now.
    I have still not reached my goal but the results on my mental health, period cycle, self control and Everything is amazing.
    Still a long way but all up!!

    1:)drinking lots of water (copper water)
    2:) eating dry fruits when I wake up

    I came to know more about your UA-cam channel through this weight loss journey. Honestly speaking, I can see myself in each story of yours. I used to be chubby when I was in college. I tried too many different diets. Fruit diet, ketto diet and what not. I still don’t know how I came into shape back then. May be because I was trying too many diets and was living in hostel and skipping meals whenever possible. After that I got married and again started putting on weight. I started losing weight by doing exercises when covid started but then after that I got pregnant😀 My weight loss journey stopped there. Actually when I was pregnant also, I didn’t put on that much weight. It is actually after 1 year of pregnancy I started gaining weight like anything. I have again started the desi diet just like yours as I also follow Rujuta Diwekar and her books/videos/sayings actually makes sense to me. The only thing I have not tried yet is strength training because I don’t know where to start. Can you share your strength training routine so that I and people like me can follow you? Last but not the least, you are so genuine and I can actually relate to so many thoughts what you faced or what you do. Also there are so many similarities between taksh and my son😂 my son also started walking after whole 19moths so i know that feeling 😅but yeah after that my son never walk, he just runs and runs and runs around😂 and one more thing, I just love love love your content ❤

    A couple of months ago I started gaining weight abnormally despite eating healthy, so I got my tests done and was diagnosed with PCOS. I changed a no. of doctors but none of them were able to answer my queries and just asked me to loose weight by dieting which involves no carbs. My condition got worse and I became more weak and then anxiety kicked in. Luckily I saw your videos of how to loose weight properly with overall lifestyle changes and then I started reading Rujuta Diwekar, as you recommended. This has been life changing for me, I am not seeing any doctor now and in 1.5 months I have lost 4 kgs sustainably with workout and now I weight 58 kgs from 62 kgs . All thanks to you Preethi and the one and only Rujuta Diwekar. I just want to say that if you have PCOS then please don't go on no carb diets or anything that will make you feel more weak,eat all the carbs that you've been eating but yes in moderation,eat local and aim for healthy eating habits and sustainable workout, this will automatically lead to improvement in your overall health conditionand and as a consequence fat loss "not weight loss" 🙂

    I gained a lot of weight before lockdown and during lockdown I tried Chloe Ting’s exercises because they were popular that time and I thought I would lose weight too but I was wrong. Then I tried intermittent fasting and started exercising daily. I lost so much weight (around 9kgs) and I haven’t looked back since.

    First of all Thanks for giving this chance to let it out of my chest. Mine is not a weightloss Journey but I have faced hairfall issue since I was 18 and I just turned 24 now. This is a sad comparison but I lost my hair in chunks like how it happens in chemotherapy. I used to cry for hours and everytime I had to comb or wash my hair I'd get anxious bcz I always thought I'd lose tons of it. And I did lose tons if it everytime too. It made me extremely insecure I started feeling ugly. I did everything to the point that I even started believing in nazar. I tried allopathic meds , ayurvedic meds , pantanjali hair products, rubbing my nails , cutting my hair short so that when they fall out I'll see less volume on my floor. Started using castor oil another 10 types of oil. Nothing ever worked. Finally I got my blood work done . I'm a vegeterian and a menstruating woman. I was deficient of protein and iron and other vitamins too. I took supplements for my hair but my hairfall would be reduced only for the period when I took the meds and it'll come back again after I stop the supplements. I did my research. I know so much about hair and hair texture and types and cause of hairrfall now ...literally everything. I read books on hair. Basc line is that I learned that our body thinks it can live without hair so when we are deficient of something it provides vitamins to other other parts and nothing to our hair and eventually we end up losing them. I finally changed my diet.. added protein , iron rich food and also focused on micro nutritions . Started managing my stress thru meditation and exercise. Started taking enough sleep . Fixed my sleep schedule. The fact that I am here on your channel is because the algorithm I was getting engaged w showed this channel to me . Now I have enough hair on my head since a year and I am no more insecure. Writing this story made me emotional coz I got flashbacks of my worst times when I went to clg w oil in my hair. There were so many ppl who used to tell me it's just hair it'll grow back but honestly only the one who's losing so many hair can understand the real pain. I hope someone else be it a man or a woman whose going thru the same problem reads my comment and not lose hope of getting their hair back bcz often it's believed that once u lose so many hair u won't be able to grow it back. But u need to do your own research , follow healthy habits , eat good , exercise and meditate and use suitable products and have faith in the process .A good balanced diet works, I started w having a lot of proteins and less carbs and it caused other problems like bloating, constipation which is why keeping it balance is imp in my opinion. I hope it really helps someone bcz hairfall issue wouldn't even wish on my enemy.

    I weighed 55kgs as a 10 years old. I use to hide in the sickroom on the yearly med check day at school. As a teenager I started considering myself a tom boy and started wearing loose and tshirts picked from mens section just to hide my insecurity. As I approached my class 12th I stopped eating and had a drastic weight loss which bounced back once I started eating again. College breakup made me more insecure and I started working out.Lost 15kgs for the first time in life,but lost all the shine of my face ..i use to go to the gym but didn't maintain a very healthy and balanced diet.
    During lockdown I again gained 20 kgs+ and had my marriage scheduled in 2022.I tried everything but couldn't really loose weight. I came across your profile in January and finally have some proper guidelines and set of dos and don'ts for myself.!!!!!

    I just love your positivity and your content is fab!! I want to share my experience of diet and weight loss journey. I just wanted to cut down like 3-5 kilos so did apple and eggs diet for 3days though I lost my desired weight 2.5kilos but that’s temporary and this diet has also given me headache while doing it!! So I have learnt that anything that’s quick in giving results is temporary and never been back to that diet!! Would love to win the give away just to fall back on track in my fitness journey!!

    As usual I loved the video, you have great communication skills Preethi.
    In my entire life i was fit, always ready for a run, yoga, cycling, exercising with fellow fitness enthusiasts. I am a mountaineer as well. And i loved to socialize. Speaking with any age group has been very natural with me. Food wise i ate clean and whatever quantity i want, never gained weight due to my running etc.
    Recently i delivered my first child, i am unable to take the fact that I no longer have the same body. I don't like to dress, socialize and speak with new person. Under confident sometimes. I somehow feel that it all because of comparing with my past physical and mental health.
    I am waiting to get into the fitness regime soon.
    Your videos inspire me a lot, specially the weekly meal and fitness videos as i see you have started these as a post pregnancy weight loss(fitness).

    I tried a lot of diets but nothing worked well then I finally found workout is mandatory to maintain fitness everytime after eating my favorites I will feel that guilt and not sleep properly but hack is wake up early in the mrng breath fresh ozone air around 5:30 do 500 skipping with the hip belt , drink Luke warm water in the mrng to cleanse, makeup the mind to workout I lost around 8.5kgs

Really enjoy ur videos..my weightloss journey has many ups and downs..at first i went in starvation mode and lost plenty of water weight and ruined my health at just 18yrs..i know it was bad..then gained half of it back..discovered rujuta's book dont lose ur mind, lose ur weight..very interesting title..thats what made me buy the book😅😂..soon i started implementing that along with intermittent fasting amd lost 10kgs since last yr..hope to lose 10 more now since i have just been maintaning it for 6 months..sooo yeah that was my journey till now and hope to go a few more miles before i reach my goal..Thanku for ur videos ..Love❤

    I'm a person who is struggling with obesity since childhood. I tried HIIT and Chloe ting work out.But I couldn't able to do this work more than a week because I will easily run out of breath (asthma). Then I tried Pilates which is a slow phase workout . I followed fitness influencer sanne vloet workout in youtube.It worked not just in weight loss , it helps me improve my core strength and immunity along with the good figure. Even though I am not eating that much healthy food it still works

    Hye di; I’ve been struggling with my weight since a very long time, I’m only 23 and I weigh 75kg. I don’t have much physical work to do bcoz I’m a student. So now starting a workout routine is very hard for me. I already weigh this much and when I brought out my year old dress it was hella tight; which has finally opened my eyes to get my butt up and start now. The entire world can get fit why can’t I !!!!!

    So honestly i was very chubby as a kid and i Literally hated myself but then i joined a sports club in my school and lost a lot of weight. But then with 10th i gained it back and then lockdown happened and I gained a lot of weight. I won't say i am fat. By BMI is healthy but i still feel i need to loose few inches. My college is starting very soon and i have to move away from my home. I wish i can loose weight and be healthy ❤🥲

    I tried doing dieting the results were visible bt one things that I didn't liked was loosing fat from body take time firstly my fat face got loose that made me look totally different.
    Currently I'm not doing any diet all is fine jst having little trouble for belly fat. After I done with my Sem I will do something for my belly fat😊.

    Hai. My journey is not at all a success story. I was always on the leaner side but recently o gained lot of weight. I tried many things while I was gaining weight like banana diet, IF (this didn't work well with me I don't know what I did wrong). Nothing worked previously I used to loose weight very easily like 2 to 3 kgs but now I am finding it very difficult to loose even a single kg not even water weight. My main reason for gaining weight is I am unemployed and I feel very low all the time. I eat more whenever I feel low. Now I started to move my body more and trying to portion control. I get motivated by seeing videos like yours and get demotivated very easily if a single thing goes wrong. I am working on that too. Thank you

    I am in my fitness journey where I am trying to loose the weight that I gained post my marriage in Dec 21. I was active n working out regularly before my wedding n I tried doing the same to reduce my gained weight post my marriage as well. I was still unable to loose weight which led me to consult a nutritionist. I was doing everything right from workouts to Diet .. literally everything. But, my nutritionist pointed out that I was not getting enough Quality Sleep and not drinking enough water to help in the process. These 2 are such tiny things which we don't bother to think about but make a huge huge difference!
    I focused on getting my night time routine right and made sure I drink a minimum of 3 litres water each day. I started loosing weight immediately. I am still on my journey but I know now with everything right in the place, I will soon reach my target weight!!
    P.S.- Do not neglect the power of 'Quality Sleep' and 'Hydrating' yourself!

    Hi Preethi mam! I hope you are staying safe😊
    My fitness journey starts when i was on 8th std weighing around 90kgs. Iwas always been bullied for being fat and get called mean names as well. I started my weight loss with a normal diet and i lost 5lgsat that time and because of makara Sankranti i had stopped which makes me regret till today. I laised my plan on that day had junk next day weiygained and i kick started my journey again and after that i didn't lose even a gram. All these days i had a stuck weight which continued till 9th std where during my finals i ordered so much fast food that i gained 5kgs making my weight 95 and it came to 98 too. Acter 9th finals i had vacation i had a whole summer but still couldn't lose weight. After sometime when i was in 10th around September i came across few nutritionists and few insisted supplements but i didn't agree. And at September end i again kick started my journey where i was 98 and by December i was 93kgs. After that in jan i had preparatories for my board exams and i had to pause my journey again. During my preparation days i had normal foods. On April 15th my exam got over and when i checked my weight it was 100 i was so depressed abt that and i couldn't even enjoy my 15 days vacation as well and i was back yo Bangalore by may 1st and again restarted my journey and joined gym as well. From day one my weight is stuck and im so depressed. I am tired of trying every kind of diets..like keto liquid diet intermittent fasting only salad and more.
    I know its too long, but this is my story..

      For you , my advice is not to get depress dear. Life is so beautiful and you are in a very tender age. You have your career first. Start gradually your weight loss journey and opt sone habits like- avoid junk food seems very difficult for today’s generation, so plan it only twice in a month. Start doing workout for 30 days. Do some pranayam also. Take atleast 7000 steps everyday, take sound sleep avoid late night studies and follow healthy eating habits. Follow this for one month and see the results.

It's so glowy and healthy so try dedicating a video on that. tqq!! and pls consider it as a suggestion but using cooked and frozen food multiple times can cause some health problems and it's not a healthy choice...lots of lovee!!!

    Hi preeti I started my weight loss journey when I was 18 years old and seriously I didn't had anyone to educate me about this weight loss . Everyone just used to say stop eating rice or eat only salad at night or dont add ghee in your food etc etc ...I was even said by my father to lose weight and I really got sad and cried a lot and decided to lose weight . I used to workout at any time of the day without warmup and would not eat anything after that becoz I used to thought that only working out is important and was not at all knowing that u have to eat protein rich after working out . Yeah I didn't had anyone to teach me . I used to just eat poha in the morning and then in lunch 1 roti (yeah I skipped rice totally from my life) and dal and some curd that's it I wouldn't eat anything after that and I will not lie that I didn't lost weight but I was weak , I lost my hairs my hair started turning grey and what not.........now I'm 20 and from your channel and also from reading Rutuja diwekar's book I have gained a lot of knowledge about my food and I really just cant say enough Thank you to u both ...keep going preeti di👍👍

    My name is sravanthi I work for BPO industry so I have night shifts rotational shifts and all I personally tried so many diets like sathvik, keto, bullet coffee diet(fat first diet), but nothing works on me because of bad rotational shifts. Preeti mam I'm big fan of you I started diet series the same way you do and honestly even this is not working or me. I hope I reduce weight one day and show transformation like all others.

    One suggestion to everyone don't do body shaming for anyone which I used to do when I'm kid unknowingly The result is I'm suffering now with body shaming

    I have tried egg diet but did last for 2 days only 😂
    As I stay in PG it's difficult to make my own food n follow any particular diet so i just eat pg food with portion control. And stopped ordering food from out.
    Still I am not able to loose weight bcz i hv a weekness for sweets. After my lunch i crave for sweets ☹️. I don't know how to control this. 😢

    Hi Preethi. I have been watching you since couple of years. I am an admirer of your lifestyle choices. I used to be an overweighted person when i was in school. I was the fat Monica of my family whom my mum used to feed the leftovers. In 2016, I decided to lose weight as my younger self thought losing weight might boost my self-esteem. However, it was a myth, i realised. But, I lost 12kgs. How? I don't know, but I remember the first few weeks, all i lost was my patience, not weight. I was severely heartbroken but I kept dragging myself to the gym everyday. The biggest sacrifice I made was waking up at 7 in the morning in Winter while my sister and my granny were asleep under a warm quilt. Anyway, hardwork paid off and after 2 years, I finally lost 12kgs and I stopped going to gym as I moved to Varanasi for my higher studies. Then, during lockdown, I again started gaining weight. I again turned into a fluff ball within couple of months. But I was not in a mental space to start working out as I was struggling in my career, struggling with public speaking, interview, exams etc. Cut to, 2023, I am still slightly overweight, but no, my weight no longer defines my self-esteem, my confidence. It took time, but i realised it's not how you look that matters, it's about how you carry yourself, it's about how much you trust yourself. In 2016, all I had was self-belief that made me keep hustling, keep working hard and motivate me to lose 12 kgs. Believe yourself, you are halfway there. However, i'll again start working out, but this time, I'll attempt to make it a lifestyle, not a weapon to boost my self-esteem. Thank you Preeti for giving a space to share our stories. :)

      Also, the diet that worked for me and still works is the 'ghar ka khana', although my 'ghar' keeps on shifting due to my work. But the taste, the flavour, the recipes, the portions remain unshifted and I believe the dieting is not something you eat, dieting implies how you are stick to the food that suits your daily life, your cooking capabilities and of course, your comfort. Choosing comfort while losing weight is deadly and the most underrated combination, trust me. :)

    My name is Garima and I am 21 years old. Firstly, I am so glad you are back withe series.
    As for my journey, my parents sent me to a boarding school when I was 15 . In those 3 years I was eating unhealthy the whole time and I didn't even realise how I gained 20kgs . As soon as I finished school, I started to experience a lot of health issues like thinning of hair, acne , borderline PCOD that's when I decided that I will work on myself and will create a healthy lifestyle for me. I started exercising because I always thought that's how you lose weight , I had no idea back then that diet played such a major role in one's fitness, slowly and gradually I started to educate myself about nutrition , diet and exercise , and I managed to loose weight . But I would always follow this lifestyle for a few months and then lose all the progress as I was never consistent.
    But this year I took a resolution that I would create a sustainble lifestyle for myself and I have been working on it since 5 months now . Slowly and gradually, I have created discipline and sustained approach in my life which has helped me with my studies as well.
    I came across your channel during this time only and it was so cool that you were doing something similar. I got to know about Rujuta Divekar Ma'am and have been trying to inculcate them in my life by following a balanced approach . Your videos have helped me a lot to stay consistent and I used them to keep a track of my own progress. I love the way you are such a happy-go-lucky person and your optimistic nature , you really inspire me .

    I am currently doing my Post graduation and when during the last semester of my graduation I lost around 15 Kgs where I took a diet from nutritionist but when i took admission to Msc Physics . I literally gained all my weight that I had shed . It was because I was shifted to a new place(Chandigarh) in Non food pg where I would always eat from restaurants . And at last , in my 3rd Semester I become so so stuck with health issues like PCOD, weak eyes , thyroid and what not and it was an eye opener incident for me as I realised that NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HEALTH . THE WEALTH CAN DO NOTHING IF HEALTH IS NOT GOOD and HEALTH IS PARALLEL TO STUDY AND SHOULD NOT BE COMPROMISED AT ALL .

    Till my 7 grade I was very lean I don't know I gained around 10 kg in one month of summer holiday 😅 in my 7 grade I was 35 thn in my 8 grade I was 46 for some one who is weighing more than me still tooking slim but I look so fatty I had lot insecurity I love dancing but I felt a little bit horrible to even dance but I never left my dance I literally halved my food even teachers were shocked after seeing my box but still I didn't loose any weight and even didn't gain weight the only thing happened was maintained in same weight then I joined in other school were every one is weighing more than me and they me confident so their it I taught I was in crt weight so I started to eat a lot but when I went 10 then the lockdown started no words to describe I attended my puberty in lockdown slowly I gained weight when I become tall so it was not that problem I didn't look that fat but still I know I am gaining lot of weight then I started to watch your it was inspiring and changed my vision of diet and weight loss first and I was thinking if I didn't eat for 3 days I will loose weight but it is extremely wrong and it will make only lose our energy and make us so weak whenever I start diet the only thing always stopping me was no results I followed a diet I will lose only 500 g like that only even if I do workout but now I start it more involved where I never gonna see the result but I have to make my life more healthier 🥰

      You can squat at home
      - search for exercise without weights there are tons
      Else if you are allowed to buy weights get some at home
      You only need 20 mins everyday

    Ohh God!! I just can't even relate to my younger self that how Immature I use to be to believe fancy gimmicky ideas of losing weight and how insecure I use to feel of it. I'm not that obese but still it was more than "Perfect weight" and when somebody else use to mention that you need to lose just a few kgs, and You'll look perfect I use to be like Lets do that.
    I literally did changed whole of my meal plan like having morning drinks of jeera, ajwain, ACV then oats in b-fast, Proper fruit in mid Morning and everything, But Now I'm a Punjabi and in our house Parathas are staple B-fast. Then I watched your video that You should stick to your roots or your liking... But still akal ni aayi mujhe😭 One thing that I use to hate is exercise like anything and I never continued exercising for more than a week. So After that I watched a few videos of "Satvik Movement" that also encouraged me to stick to my homemade food and not to some fancy things. But still I didn't started exercising... Although I use to watch alot of Weight loss videos which use emphasise alot on exercise but .. Then turning point came in when I read book "Atomic habits". Its not a book for weight loss obviously but that made me consistent. Also your weight loss series made me feel that I should not take it as a weight loss period but should made this a lifestyle And Then I followed 21 day free beginner yoga videos by "Satvik Yoga" Channel this march Bcz I am a bit lazy for exercise and that yoga was less of work to do🥲..... And This was a game changer for me... That made me stick to Yoga, Now I've started adding a few more exercises other than Yoga poses and I still do it. I've even lost inches with Yoga and with Normal "Ghar ka khaana" ( eaten Mindfully) And I'm pretty motivated to follow this lifestyle for my life🤞✨
