I took your advice and didn't weigh myself last week.
It worked.. I ate normal and hardly did any exercise. I checked my weight today..1 kilo lost. Now i really know what had been causing the stress eating. it's the constant pressure to check and lose weight. Now that it's not there..i can workout at ease and actually enjoy doing it. Thanks a lot
If you really want to be motivated to workout then I am really telling you my secret: never ever think that you should workout or not never ever give ur subconscious a second thought that there's an option of not working out.

You videos are so motivating, but there is a little correction. You should avoid palak paneer as calcium in paneer hinders the iron absorption ( fe is present in spinach). You can have palak with soy paneer.

I'm trying to follow all the things you do (except I work out at home instead of the gym) have not lost even 500 gm🥲 this happens always but I'll stick with it!
Everybody’s body is different. I might just reach my plateau later but what’s important is that we’re eating healthy and exercising. Moreover weighing scale is not always accurate, if you feel fitter than you did a month back, that’s a win.
