No PTO for me in the Emergency Department. Now I switched to Urgent Care and get 3 weeks PTO plus sick time.
Been doing EM 3.5 years. I get 5 weeks PTO. I’m in Southern California.
Currently at an EM job that offers 28 days PTO/yr and increases with time employed by the organization. Yes, advocacy is all we have. When enough people speak up, we can maybe get some change to happen
I am an ER PA outside Philly, we are offered 80 hours (2 weeks) PTO our first year and 120 hours (3 weeks) starting year 2
