It's clear from her answer about thinking about quitting that you're often rude to people who work with/for you. Don't have such a big head just cuz you've tasted success; stay humble.
True, although no one is perfect and at least he isn't claiming to be the nicest person in the united kingdom. There are so many other influencers that would censor anything that makes them look less than awesome and then build a toxic cult following around them. Him not doing that shows that he is self aware and is hopefully working on it. He is letting us see that he is human and has shortcomings in his character.
@Sai You will soon find out that all of that negative energy will cannibalise your soul and you will have a very insular existence as the years go on. Nobody wants to be around rude assholes. You’ll see. Also, you can still fire people for being bad at their job without being rude. Maybe it’s your fault for not picking the right people for the roles? We must look at ourselves before we start pointing the finger and being “rude”
He’s high in the trait disagreeableness. I’ve been a fan of him for a long time and this is how he is. I don’t think he wants to hurt anyone’s feelings. Not everyone has to be super warm and nice and agreeable and smily all the time - that’s exhausting.

I don't think he has become, I think he always was like that, he is lacking emotional and social intelligence and it's obvious. You can train yourself to a certain point but if it's not given it's not given. He is mindful and he declared many times that he tries to work on this also he notices how other people like Sheen or Elizabeth can connect on an emotional level with others.
Nah may be more mentally occupied and overwhelmed with work.
The MARRIAGE inbox LOL
please do a video on how much you pay yourself + how you decide what salary to pay your staff based on their roles + how you decide the hours you want them to work for you ie. why some are part time and others are full time
Aww Ali you remind me of my boss. He can be very efficient and logical at the expense of appealing to others' emotions, but deep down inside he is caring, will always do right by everyone and is a sweetie patootie. Bless you and the amazing team you have. Good people attract other good people. :)
...Expense of... as always with the successful people
i can say i have productively procrastinated watching this
This was an odd video. There's some very intense awkward energy between these two.
Yes...very obvious
Something seemed really off with Ali in this video. I didn’t like demeanour at all
they definitely would be fucking if could is all I got from it
Ikr
Yessssssssss
My internet speed is slower than the speed with which Elizabeth was talking XD , btw you both are doing great work.
I never knew the talking speed is measured by MbS bruh
I watch everything at 2x speed basically all of the time and this time I admitted defeat.
It’s like a professor doing an interview with a student
This is the first time seeing Ali with his personal assistant this is amazing!!!! WOW❤️😍😍
Ali, great to watch your Q&A session with Elizabeth. Both of you are genuinely inspiring for anyone wishing to change and upgrade his life for the better. 🙏
Definitely gonna preach on this one... Even YOU should be checked by your own audience when you deserve it. This was a painful video to watch. It's clear from her answer about thinking about quitting that you're often rude to people who work with/for you. Don't have such a big head just cuz you've tasted success; stay humble.
@Sai If you think you have to be rude to people to get things done, you’re gonna have a hard and miserable life.
To point is that we do not have to be rude, we just have to be firm. At least that's what i can see from you conversation over here.
A lot of people writing here that Ali seems reserved and Elizabeth is caring and honest towards Ali. Well , you need to have person like Ali who supported her with all her answer and heartily accepted all her opinions. That's courage and generosity.
Yup a more less provoking.
9:23, Ali is the procrastinator that get the job done so fast that he do it at the end and still got A+ in class
I loved how genuine this video is ... Elizabeth is awesome
I love how passive agressive this is.
Ali's death stare into the camera pierced through my soul 😂😂
Man Elizabeth really cares about ali, damn
How did you infer this?
@@myth3516 She's giving him constructive criticism
@@PHILLYMEDIC69 look at her body language when she’s saying things about him, it has an air of annoyance and she isn’t facing him when she says a lot of it. His body language shows that he doesn’t feel it’s constructive. But what do I know, I could be wrong here.
I like them both. Elizabeth feels more warm and relatable but she focused more on giving critiques of Ali (not bad in itself but throwing out a compliment or two would have evened it out). Ali was nice and thoughtful in the things he said but said them in a manner that was so calculating it could come off as cold. All in all, I enjoyed this vid, learned a lot.
No offense to Ali but I really felt bad about the girls who legitimately made those marriage videos, setting themselves up so vulnerable and he (let's be honest) doesn't give a flying f*ck.
There are sooo many aspects of this interaction that could be a case study 😂
Btw, totally agree with Elizabeth's perspective on the marriage inbox. 'Matters of the heart' require more responsibility than just 'leveraging a platform' 😬
I think Ali is totally overwhelmed with his personal assistant's looks & personality
Or I am
@@raige3534 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You know it is possible for a man and woman to coexist in a space without any romantic or sexual undertones, right? Get your mind out of the gutter.
@@nka82 Its not my problem that you think overwhelmed means to be sexually attracted to each other......it merely means that his assistant has a very interesting personality because she is very honest about her boss(Ali) in this video due to which Ali seems to be a bit overwhelmed.I will get my mind out of the gutter when you step out out of it
@@nka82 it's literally not, and since i disagreed i have my mind in gutter right ? REALLY progressive way of thinking
I like how Ali scrolled through the chat while he was looking for the first time she sent him a DM :)
Simple, minimal, elegant.
Elizabeth attitude is so positive she can make you feel ease, Ali my man you r opposite I guess! The CEO
13:50 "Idk, you weren't that funny, I mean we laughed a lot, but was it just me laughing at you?" LOL I am dead!
LOL at 08:40 “sh*t things before you’re ready.” Fun video to watch Ali and Elizabeth! Quite surreal seeing the both of you at the same place.
I've been a Virtual Assistant for over 2 years and I love the job so much. I do administrative tasks, create graphics and manage social media accounts.
Hate to say it but I sense a bit of insecurity and competition with her presence 🤔
I like how they act as they are unaware about many things and then realised when other person says
A little awkward but highly entertaining 👍🏻
Overacting... kind of,, sky high vibe for such a setting
This was such an amazing video! I love the dynamic between you two.
I can't believe the marriage mail was real, i though it was a joke🤣🤣🤣😭
He is a perfect marriage material he looks decent even with all the success he is able to keep his originality and decency.
It is so shocking that Ali did not timestamp these questions.
