Chad Robert , sometimes it changes from minute to minute. There's like a terrible impulse that hits you over and over again. It's a bad place to be. The sad Thing to me especially with Chris Cornell is that he fought and won the battle time and time again until suddenly the depression comes again and finally hits him. That's what is scaring me the most about it.

In a way I hated that grunge was putting Rock back a bit even wasn’t the biggest fan of Alice In Chains for about the first year I heard of them Nirvana SoundGarden etc,But I will honestly say these great musicians didn’t dispatch Rock,Like many who come before and will surely come after,These great musicians and visionaries brought something new and exciting to the Rock genre, kind of added a nice splash of color to a canvas that maybe lacked inspiration!!!I also want to say Kurt,Chris,Layne etc were so incredible and I’m Thankful for their contributions to Rock along with their incredible band mates they’ve created a legacy that will stand for many generations to draw from,So I stand corrected as I now cannot put into words how much I appreciate these great artists!!!
Chris mightve been the only person who was a genuine friend (and peer) of Jeff Buckley, Kurt Cobain, Layne Staley, Chester Bennington (if I recall correctly), Cantrell, (probably Lanegan aswell). I think he was really the glue that helped people mesh in some regards. Just interesting to watch all of these old videos and to see Chris was involved with everyone
When Layne and Kurt died it was horrible but almost suspected. But when Chris died. Pure devastation. It was like getting punched in the face when I found out about it. I still cant believe it.
Già e Chris nn aveva problemi di eroina ma era comunque fragile prendeva antidepressivi. Anch'io ho la depressione e nonostante abbia una terapia certi pensieri vengono anche a me ma li combatto. Anyone who read Chris' blog on Layne, knows what he said, but here it seems he's almost shrugging it off. He said more when asked about Kurt and Andrew.
if only the 3 couldev sang one song together wouldev been unreal ! but dreams are for free yer? so lets just enjoy there music and legacies that will never die✌
Man. When Chris was talking about how he wasn't sure if Layne was in a good place or not. That's exactly how I feel about him. I'm not religious at all so I don't believe in a manufactured afterlife. But I don't know where Chris is "spiritually." I'm still not over his death and I don't think I will be. I hope for all the musicians lost to be in good places ideally but that's not exactly easy to pinpoint.
We have lost so many great musicians.... it's a tragedy. I lost my best friend the same way Chris Cornell took his life..... we all played music together too. It's maybe the single most difficult kind of loss a person can experience. It takes a troubled soul tho to make the kind of music these cats did. R.I.P. Chris and layne.
Ashley thank you for your concern☺. There was 3 of us and we worked together and played together. Unfortunately I just lost the other one on Wednesday the 20th to an overdose that came as a huge surprise😕😕.... so, there went an entire era of my life... you can't take it for granted, life. It's fleeting. You GOTTA enjoy the company you have before you cant. And yes, it's the pain that we feel that. Ends up Making these lyrics that are able to touch people all over the world!! Some special few are gifted w a way to take all the pain they've endured and buried and share it w us in a way that makes it personal and life altering-The end, writers are troubled souls... in a big way. Eddie Vedder almost didn't release, Alive. It was on the chopping block cuz it is part of Eddies childhood and he just said F it, leave it on the list. And just like that, the world was blessed w a song that has saved many countless lives- -Michael-
Hahahaha, I see why my fingers hurt so bad yesterday!! I was so intent on figuring out the solo to, "Fade to Black" by MetallicA that I PLAYED all night and all day til 11pm last night. Lmao I see now it's cuz they massive blisters😂😂😂looks like I gotta take a day off or break out the super glue😎
Imagine how awesome that would be to have Eddie, Chris, Layne, and Kurt all in the same picture! (Ik Eddie, Chris, and Layne toured together once, but Kurt would be the icing on that photo cake!)
Because these guys were tormented and had some had terrible pasts. Also numbed it with drugs and it became an issue. That's also the reason why these guys were so dam good. True artists. They put their heart into it. Their everything. Chris seemed to make it through. But he didn't.

and i do believe they didn't ended their lives
SPECIALLY
Chris Cornell
If you go down that rabbit hole- the symbolism says a lot.
accept it and move on
I was at that memorial. I didn't recognise him due to the blonde hair lol. I'm blessed with a few pics though. We sure do miss all these guys.
I had a dream of layne to i was walking through the woods and he was on top of a tree looking at me and then i woke up.we love you layne.
I had one not too long ago where i was sitting at a table somewhere, and Layne randomly came and just next to me. We just stared at each other for a few seconds, and that was it.
Some months ago i had a dream of Chris. I was in a sort of elevator which you can see outside through glass. After few seconds i realized that Chris was Next to me. I said while i was hugging him: "Chris i'm glad you are alive, you saved my life so many Times with your music!" I woke up crying like a baby, fuck...
Kurt’s gone, Layne’s gone, Chris is gone, at least we still have Eddie Vedder
Thank God for Eddie, may he be safe....
I liked all their music. Chris had the best catalog because he was around the longest and really had the best overall.
Somehow, Eddie Van Halen's death today, after several hours of music and crying, has brought me here. Again. With Chris and Layne.
When Layne and Kurt died it was horrible but almost suspected. But when Chris died. Pure devastation. It was like getting punched in the face when I found out about it. I still cant believe it.
1:28 He's talking about Andrew Wood of Malfunkshun, and Mother Love Bone.
Kurt. Layne. Scott. Chris. Chester. Jimi Everyone I've found to be impactful as a singer has died tragically young.
RIP all of us.
Please anyone out there that knows another human that is suffering with depression. Please do what you can to help THANK YOU. ✌
I never, in a million years, would of guessed he would have left us too...
This is too sad_ guys whenever you all are hope its filled with light and love and all pain and suffering was just a bad dream..We still love you Layne_ Kurt_ Chris..simply weren't ment for this world but for a short time God gifted to us _ you gorgeous talented Angel's..
I like the guitar at the end...
"Seasons"
Such a intelligent man
Rip all 3 of you guys
I think that Chris was ..."eliminated". Unbelievable, they got away out of here.
Still love this band to bad layne had to waist his talent on drugs then death. I think he was a very depressed person and very deep. If u listen to his words in his songs he was very deep and depressed he chose drugs to deal with his depression. R.I.P
who next fucking artist, i dont want cry again, never never. ...........!!!!!!!!
And we die young... faster we run
Rip kurt layne and chris
All of my favorites are now dead:
Scott
Chris
Layne
Kurt
Prince
Michael
It is fucking astounding. Someone needs to put a force field around Josh Homme, Dave Grohl, all of Pearl Jam, Jerry Cantrell, and assorted members of QOTSA. Jesus.
*THIS STILL FUCKING HURTS!*
Are the three best bands of the 90s still listen to all them everyday throw Pearl Jam in there too
The lead singers to the grunge rock were dropping like flies.
Wow watching Chris Cornell speak on this you could guess it was only a matter of time
Chris Cornell used to scream back in the day " Jesus is my friend " , over and over again .. theres a video of it..
and now they're besties for real.
Layne Staley

Kurt, Layne and Chris may the angels be with you all so sad xxxxxooooo
I love all 3 of these dudes. At least we got to keep Chris for a bit longer I can only imagine what else Kurt woulda done, Nirvana is prolly still my favorite band. Layne's story is so fucking sad he must of been completely alone at the end even if it was his own doing that's fucking sad he was a great fucking singer!!
Un genio hablando de otros 2 genios.
Miss you so much 💔

Anyone who read Chris' blog on Layne, knows what he said, but here it seems he's almost shrugging it off. He said more when asked about Kurt and Andrew.
i saw chris in concert days before he died… didn’t see it coming /
:(
I was in art class in grade 10 when I found out, I remember it so clearly
About Layne or Kurt
if only the 3 couldev sang one song together wouldev been unreal ! but dreams are for free yer? so lets just enjoy there music and legacies that will never die✌
These 3 are rocking the pearls off those gates!
Kai Chaney my feelings too..well said
We have lost so many great musicians.... it's a tragedy. I lost my best friend the same way Chris Cornell took his life..... we all played music together too. It's maybe the single most difficult kind of loss a person can experience. It takes a troubled soul tho to make the kind of music these cats did. R.I.P. Chris and layne.
michael lemay true i think it attracts troubled souls aswell
And just like that, the world was blessed w a song that has saved many countless lives-
-Michael-
Hahahaha, I see why my fingers hurt so bad yesterday!! I was so intent on figuring out the solo to, "Fade to Black" by MetallicA that I PLAYED all night and all day til 11pm last night. Lmao I see now it's cuz they massive blisters😂😂😂looks like I gotta take a day off or break out the super glue😎
Now the list is Andy, Kurt, Shannon, Layne, and Chris. Unreal......
Don’t forget Scott Weiland man
Never knew Chris had ever had his hair blonde
Thiers a difference between a dream and a vision,I've had a vision, its when you wake up open your eyes and the dream is still there..and its creepy
Some interviewers have the dumbest questions geeez
It’s a shame cornell and kurt doesn’t have picture together its just shame
Imagine how awesome that would be to have Eddie, Chris, Layne, and Kurt all in the same picture! (Ik Eddie, Chris, and Layne toured together once, but Kurt would be the icing on that photo cake!)
Layne é o maior.
Then Chris took his own life about an hour from my house in Michigan. All my hero’s are dead man.
God dammit... and now he is gone along with them... someone make sure Jerry Cantrell is okay!
NemesisOwl and Eddie vedder
No one mentions Shannon Hoon or Bradley Nowell much anymore.
Kurt Cobain (1967--1994)
Layne Staley (1967--2003)
2002*
Chris Cornell (1964--2017)
RIP LANDREW
'll 3 of these Bands, were the soundtrack to the best times of my life ,and some fucked up times also,But I made it through
Out of every genre why did everyone who sang grunge died
Eddie vedder
Because these guys were tormented and had some had terrible pasts. Also numbed it with drugs and it became an issue. That's also the reason why these guys were so dam good. True artists. They put their heart into it. Their everything. Chris seemed to make it through. But he didn't.
Nothing wrong with saying you don't know..
Anyone remember Candlebox? I love them too
What's the song that starts at the end of the video?
Seasons by Chris Cornell :)
And now Chris is gone 😞
They got his ass in the end
3:06 you wont expect this from a singer... guess he was very emotional talking about layne
What song is that playing at the end?
“Seasons” by Chris Cornell
I add, as far as all those bands go from the kickass 90s, Kurt Cobain had them all beat w that scream!!
BRING BACK THE 90S !!🤘🤙 SHAKA
The best is lane stanley is the best is major metal
What’s w the fucked off subtitles?
RIP THE LEGENDS 🙏
