That was an incredible run. As someone who's 2 main weapons are never used in speedruns (lance and HH), this was a lot of fun to watch! Do you have any tips for really good armor sets or skills to focus on for hunting horn? I find that I am good enough to work my songs into combat, but I'm no where near this good with HH, any advanced tips?

+ColdHell it always was used as a support wep cause of the buffs and so people forgot the weps high dmg and ability to k.o.maybe right that its not used in solo runs very often but not cause its a bad weapon i think.
Yeah, I haven been actually thinking about that for a while now. I'm not proficient with every weapon to a degree where I could perform speedruns with them, but it would still be nice to show them off since some are really underused, so might do more requested runs in the future and upload them as well besides the speedruns.
+AlbertoTheAlpaca There are plenty of nyanta speedruns in the japanese community, I just never gave any shits about those cats or bothered to check out all the nyanta skills / optimal skill combinations / leveling the cats

The Bone S Armor set has innate Slugger and Horn Maestro, both are really good for Hunting Horn. If you can also get Evade Extender with a Talisman plus Gems, go for it.

Mary Lou Ganzon Most of the time i use maquam sedition (Seregios) or dancing grisdrum (Molten tigrex) and less denden doomsounder (rajang) becose i can have better offensive set whit the other 2 without the need of honed blade

usually takes a group of 4 to do this in about 15 minutes, sooooo in this run you basically had the strength of about 6 hunters, unreal dude xD
Fantastic! I've been using the horn for 3U, 4U, and Generations, and I'm not as skilled as you are just yet. I need to focus more on the monsters.
I respect you man, this is definitely one of the hardest weapons to use effectively. Highest skill ceiling weapon for sure IMO
I became a true hunting horn user once I finally beat Fatalis with it solo. Now it's time to do it all over again in 4U.

+scorpiopede not really, I just try to get horn maestro and the standard blademaster/offensive skills, that's all there is to it.

But I don't know if challenger is good solution because teostra is often flinch without rage mode.
