I made this and it was the best Nelum Ala Curry I ever had. I always tried to make Nelum Ala with different recipes but never succeeded.. But this one is a mind blowing.. Thank Ms. Anoma 😘❤️

why is it that every recipy require the root to be boiled then cook? i scrub the skin off, cean then boil it with diya kiri with the spices then add miti kiri. is there anything wrong with the way i cook?
