We don’t care what he does or doesn’t do from now onwards.

Shaibu became so disrespectful to the governor, knowing fully well that deputy governors are seen as mere spare tyres to their governors.
Oshiomole's former deputy governor aspired to succeed him as governor in APC, but Oshiomole decided to pick Obaseki instead. So picking Ighodalo by Obaseki as PDP governorship candidate instead of Shaibu is not an offence. Obaseki's preference for an Edo Central instead of Edo North Shaibu is also reasonable. The problem with Shaibu is that he has always seen himself as next governor of Edo state after Obaseki at all cost . Philip does not see anything wrong for declaring himself PDO candidates without minding candidates from Edo Central, where PDP and APC now picked their candidates. Shaibu is a victim of his own desperate power grabber at all costs and looser, which ever political party he chooses to join after his impeachment.
