Yeah specific airports have full ATC at specific times, there is a schedule for it so u can look a few days ahead

I don’t fly like this every time, the fact is that ATC allowed me to do, and if he’s letting me to do such things, he may behave careless to others as well, but no hate, I hope he’d understood by now, that how to control the Airspace
