Tim Solomon, thanks for your comment! Yes, Carolina Landing is in Johnston County with a Zebulon address. Most lots within this community are going to be a minimum of 1/2 an acre, with most being 3/4-1 acre in size. Are you searching for a home on a larger lot?
@@MichaelSanders same info you like like nighdale. Best areas, history, new construction you like in the area etc. There is so much interest in the triangle are right now I feel like you can do this for all the little towns.
Zebulon right now is growing pretty quick, alot of new homes an businesses coming this way. Peaceful and quite out here, neighbors practice their 2nd amendment rights every other morning but nothing wrong with that lol

I think this is on the Wake County side of Zebulon? On the Johnston County side as of last September don't allow anything less than an acre lot.

I assume those are all on septic based on the location and lot size? I thought I could see it in the back yard of some of those video clips.
Nunya, yes, definitely septic systems here. I'm guessing municipal septic will come eventually, but it's anyone's guess as to how long that might be.
Can you do a video on the Garner, NC area? I don't see much about that area outside of Raleigh. Love your videos!
