I have been watching all of his videos since he passed. He has been setting his family up for generational wealth it was almost as though he knew that soon things would take a turn may he forever rest in heaven! Praying for his family
I was thinking the same thing. It's like he was financially preparing them for his departure. It's sad and I hope we all take time to do this for our families
This is soooo true David! My grandmother left me a house. In her will. And a bank account too. Left my brother a back account. And she left my Dad her home. I learned so much from her. My grandmother, only went to the 4th grade. But she owned 3 homes when she passed. I, my self now own 6 homes. 4 RENTALS!!! This comes from teaching your children, grandchildren. Keep teaching them David!!! They will get it !!😉💖
I love how Anna Grace asked "why not rent out that house?" She was picking up the jewels her parents were dropping! This is a beautiful family. Bless David's spirit and keep his Beautiful Ladies.
Maybe his daughters will listen now that is is no longer here. Their parents were trying to inform of their inheritance for the future and the children children.
All of the videos I have watched this man has done nothing but prepared his kids for the future. Its almost like he knew would soon be gone. RIP David Arnold. You were an amazing man. To his wife, mother and children, prayers for strength.
My Father did the same thing for me and my Sister, he bought homes to which we've now turned into our company. However the most valuable lesson for me throughout the years was him having me actually work in the different homes. I spent time cleaning, painting and doing maintenance in each home after one tenant moved out and before the next one moved in. I built upon those lessons by working with Habitat For Humanity. Then when my Hubby and I purchased our first home I taught him how to be our own maintenance crew. We're still building and still learning after all these years. There's hope where your daughters are concerned. If my Sister and I can do it... they can too!!! 💋
@@olguiq1013 I'm 57 and I'm grateful that my Dad taught me to work. I still prefer to do all the work myself before I hire outside. However because of this pandemic and to help others out this past year I have a foreman and he's hired a team of people so that we could help put them to work and they can make a living. I hired both males and females, Blacks, Hispanics, whites... people because we're all in this together. 🏠🔜🏚👩🏾🔧👨🏾🔧🛠
Congrats 🎊! Thanks 4 sharing your journey. U were being taught while learning valuable life lessons simultaneously🤩…priceless! Kudos to your dad👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾!
The lessons that he taught his girls during his short time on this earth, were so valuable. The girls are young, but when they are older and look back on these videos, they will appreciate tremendously all of the knowledge their parents were trying to instill. Rest in Power David.
I LOVE that you are having these conversations with them now! Even though they act like they don’t care, they hear and will retain... they’re going to be in excellent shape when they grow up... so awesome
Since this is the first conversation about it cut them some slack. Most of us grow into an understanding of how money works. And this generation is the definition of instant gratification so the idea of appreciation/depreciation is going to take some time. The fact that they listened at all is a plus! Just keep working your plan and teaching them as you go, they will get it.
What a wonderful lesson and a beautiful blessing to give your girls...they don't get it right now...but they will. All praises to the Most High for this beautiful family...may Yah always bless and keep you. Shalom
First ❤️❤️❤️ I love you and your family. Yall are hilarious. My parents had the same conversation with me about the cars and the house 🤦🏾♀️ I'm the youngest so everything is gonna be my responsibility. Yeesh.
"DON'T BURP"🤣 Lmao oh my god I rarely see Julie get that mad the way see looked at you after you yelled at her though Classic It's cool you guys keep it Authentic we love your family to pieces🥰
Thanks for watching! Come out to see me perform when I start touring in August as I prepare for my next Netflix special. Tickets and schedule at davidaarnold.com
Leave everything in a trust as have a firm specializing in trusts handle and manage their money until they mess up enough in life to know better (40 years old). So all of your work isn’t poured down the drain😏. This video is classic kids😢
Awesome parents. Your ending sounds just like my husband trying to get our kids to understand we want to leave them something to enchance their future finanically and they act like duh
Wait a hot in a rush moment remember it’s not for the weak bro keep feeding them knowledge and take them on a field trip where our people are trying to pull up😎
Great financial responsibility is something that has to be taught and explained early it takes time for the mind to grasp it I wish I was taught before I learned from scrapping my knees 👏👏👏👏 watch they will master it later
I appreciate how David & Julie share their family life in way that isn't a comedic exploitation for laughs, but a revelation of life & love. Yes, they make us laugh, but they are also keeping it really real! The beautiful birthday surprise for Juile, the incorporation of their business, signing of the wills, now discussion about real estate. They are not only teaching their children, but are also role models for many adults that may not have had these life lessons growing up. They are showing others that if you are going to get yourself this thing called a marriage & family...this is one beautiful way to do it!
Put a generous amount in a trust or something that they can access when they turn 25, then blow all your assets on you. Live out your days in style and let those grown women fend for themselves. They have a chance NOW to learn from people who are successful and they are wasting it shooting off their mouths. After 21 it's all on them, sink or swim! They'll learn...life ain't for the weak!
I love that you're teaching them about investing and appreciation/depreciation now. More people need to educate their children about finances while their young so they can think as wealth-builders. Kudos to David and Julie!
It’s such a different generation. We had to work for our anything. This generation doesn’t so they don’t care. Take them with you when you talk to contractors and make them a part of picking out supplies. They will get it😃
Hey David and Family you are so smart and funny at the same time. The girls don’t understand know but they will in a couple more years very good plan. 💜💙
That's what I tell my daughter. I aint leaving you sh*t! My mother use to tell us the same thing and she did good on her promise. She left us $500 a piece and that was in her bank account. It took up to 60 days to get that. lol
Kudos for having the conversation with your children especially girls...about finances and investment decisions for passive income. Keep the dialogue going...speak on their level of understanding. David you are too funny and I feel you. Julie you're an amazing person!
I have been watching all of his videos since he passed. He has been setting his family up for generational wealth it was almost as though he knew that soon things would take a turn may he forever rest in heaven! Praying for his family
I said the same thing, I think he knew..
Thank god they have a timeline of memories!! RIP David
@@LeeLee-ux8gh No he could not have known, because in the video he referred to himself as one day being old.
I was thinking the same thing. It's like he was financially preparing them for his departure. It's sad and I hope we all take time to do this for our families
I've been watching all of them too.
I pray they watch this and honor his ideas. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
God knew what we didn't but God planted the seed and he followed through. R.I.H DAVID 🕊 🕊 🕊 🙏🏾

Wow! Teaching them and including them in plans - wonderful. RIP DA
Deepest sympathies to his family- he seems like he was a great husband & father. 😪😔
Maybe his daughters will listen now that is is no longer here. Their parents were trying to inform of their inheritance for the future and the children children.
“Don’t burp!!!! & These kids, I’m not giving them ....” I died 😂💀
I love y’all soo much 🤣 it was the “not giving them shit” fa me! I’m sure they will appreciate this later in life. 🙂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
All of the videos I have watched this man has done nothing but prepared his kids for the future. Its almost like he knew would soon be gone. RIP David Arnold. You were an amazing man. To his wife, mother and children, prayers for strength.
Maybe one day they'll look back on this and appreciate what you were trying to do. Not everyone is in a position to establish generational wealth.
Wow hope they read your comment
They’re still young. They just wanna spend, spend, spend💰💰💰…teens🤷🏽♀️.
My thoughts exactly.
Now they can look back on this and remember what he tried to teach them. R.I.P David 🕊
I agree

THIS IS THE BEST way of teaching kids!!! Sweat equity keeps most people grounded for life

Keep on schooling them!💯🤣🤣🤣
My mama told me her mother said “Don’t look for any money after I die because the only quarter I had to my name, I swallowed it”
The Bible states to leave an inheritance for your children’s children. That would be your grandkids, not the kids
🤣🥰🤣🥰😂I 💕 these girls....
Great lesson on teaching your children generational wealth. They'll understand sooner or later.
Need this one Talk About It…
THAT’s whut a Dad looks like!!! I love it!

LET THEM GO WORK FOR IT PEOPLE
Something cute and powerful about her recognizing the value she added to the video lol.
Right. She's smart. She's paying attention more than he knows.

Please adopt me!!!😁 But seriously the girls will appreciate this in time to come.
They just gonna live in it for free and have their own sides 🤣. When they’re 40 they’ll want it as income
First of all, I don't know why you feel cheap b/c you've paid for NOTHING! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 ASHLYN! 😂😂😂😂
