Oh boy more hillbilly theme bars need them like hole in head what happened too good Ole fashion bar&grille with various types of music from oldies to classic rock
I hope they keep Wildwood Crest Dry. That's why I always stay at the crest when I come with my family. I'm actually in the crest right now. Right on the beach with my feet in the ocean! LOL
Sounds like Wildwood is forming an identity crisis. We already have Honky Tonk, is this necessary? Is Wildwood trying to get the clientele from the Barefoot Country Music Festival to return throughout the summer? I was ecstatic at the opening of the tiki themed bar The Point. But pretty disappointed that their drinks were not traditional tiki drinks and their choice of music was classic rock. Wildwood needs something more relaxed that caters to all types of music. Unless you’re trying to be the Tennessee of NJ - then go for it.
the Barefoot Country Music Festival looks to be staying from what I hear until 2030. I assume businesses want to cater to that since it does bring in a ton of money and people who usually wouldn't come here.
Country western music sucks! Wildwood is the true birthplace of Rock, not Cleveland. Always thought it would be cool to have Rock inspired motels. Like a Led Zeppelin or AC DC motel with all memorabilia
Another place for the blue collar Delco/South Phila/Bridesburg visitors. Plenty of Bud Light and Fighting Irish calf tattoos
Back in the late 70’s. Harbor Inn was my favorite place to go too. Great rock music. No Disco.
The Harbor Bar was where many English and Irish students/workers hung out in the early/mid-90s. To say it was fun is an understatement. 😊
Yeah! Another country music themed bar. (Sarcasm)
There ruining wildwood.
What would you prefer?
Love it Great Job Jim and Tommy
Love to see a renaissance of the Wildwoods but the sad part it has become so extremely expensive to stay anymore.
you are right on that. Things everywhere have become expensive. :-(
How about some rock n roll inspired themes
Like a 1950s rock ‘n’ roll?
@@WildwoodVideoArchive yes! Because that is Wildwood ❤️
Idk. Just had a pretty good alt rock radio station on rt. 47 change format to country.🤷
even with less bars than a few years ago, it doesn't mean we need ANOTHER bar, especially ANOTHER one with a country theme.
Went to clusters for some coconut popcorn yum
Thank you, Joey.

#IAMYIURHAPPILYRETIREDCOORSLIGHTDRIVER!!!!
When we were down earlier this summer, the Tiki Bar was very underwhelming… doesn’t this look like what they just demolished by the Shamrock?
Is it going to be another country western bar
Does this still operate?
Grand opening, grand closing (crhis rock) lol
TOOO MANNY BARS
Interestingly, enough, the Wildwood’s actually have less bars now than they did five years ago.

Wildwood turning to bar town

We are at bal harbor !! Great beach day !!
We don't need another bar smh why they can't build a roller skate or ice skating ring or sneaker store or something for the kids, God bless 🙏🏾
I’m still upset the they demolished Shipwreck mini golf for a Walgreens. There was a CVS next door already!

Crest is best
