I'm starting to think you definitely forgot about the Currents song from a couple months back.. haha
Haha not at all dude, I’m sorry! Back around that time I was on vacation with my daughter, and shortly after my second job reopened after being closed due to covid, so I’ve been adjusting to that as well as trying to get myself out of whatever rut I’ve fell into (it’s been a pain trying to cover songs, let alone play really lately the past few months). But aside from those two songs, I want to cover Silence and Shattered as well, and cover every song from The Place I Feel Safest and I Let The Devil In, only reason it takes me so long is I want to make them solid quality (record every single guitar part lead rhythm background etc and double track it), and unfortunately after doing the entirety of The Way It Ends within those first two or three weeks, I became burnt out. I promise I didn’t forget and I’ll get them out there, Currents is one of my all time faves so I’ve gotta do it justice haha, just hard to find time between both jobs and my child sometimes
@@alexweinmuller man Silence has what may be my favorite breakdown of all time there at the end.. but like I've said with new games coming out, I'd rather have delays for the higher quality than a rushed product. Just know that whenever you are able to get them done you'll have my views and I'll be showing them to a few buddies at least. Take your time and I'll be ready to watch when you drop them! Haha I agree you’re totally right, and thanks my mans, I appreciate it 🤘🏻 silence definitely has one of the best breakdowns I ever heard, the guitar work plus the lyrics hit so hard together. And I’ll be pleased to inform you that I have started practicing Best Memory, so hopefully I’ll have that done soon. One part is a little trickier than I had anticipated 😅 That whole album is definitely more technical than their latest release and I seemed to forget that lmao

I actually appreciate it, I’ve needed a kick in the ass the past few months 😂 it’s been good practice and it’s making me realize how my complacency has been detrimental to my playing. Hopefully I’ll have one of them up soon, just gotta make time to record and edit everything together for one of the songs - listening to the whole album a lot recently and there’s definitely more I want to cover, and the riffage in Another Life just goes so hard haha
