One thing that bothers me is that they only heat treat the m398 to 61 hrc. It should be at least 64 hrc like alot of the Russian knives are 64 to 65hrc.

I dont have any experience with M398 other than this knife, but it makes sense that it should be treated to a higher HRC than M390
