Hey assuming your running a stock bike. What is your main jet size and also what was your needle position on the clip of your jet needle. Also great video man. Clean clear and to the point.
Is there a way I can personal message you. I bought the same exact carb and I have the same ATV. I set it to “spec” it runs okay it seems that when I give it too little throttle it cuts out some but once I hit it once or twice and push the throttle in more it seems fine. And when I cut the four wheeler off it’s like a burst of air comes out the exhaust. It doesn’t sound like a back fire though, it seems somewhat softer. I don’t know if I’m running too lean or rich. And which way should I turn my adjustment? Please get with me ASAP thanks
87. I think yamaha wants you to run a higher octane but I've never had any issues. If you want you can run ethanol free, that would probably be the best option but I always run 87 and never have issues
Nice video! I was going to clean out my mikuni carb on my Wolverine(its crazy varnished and gummed up) but I think I'll order a new one from zoom zoom. You've had good luck with yours?
@@luckyaffpv343 no problem. I bought a different brand carb off Amazon and set it to spec and tried adjusting it, never could get it right. So I ordered the zoom zoom carb in the video. Hopefully I can get that to work.
Do you have a link or part number for the Zoom Zoom carb you are using?
I’m going to have to try this! Mine keep wanting to die when ever I’m going up hills at my hunting club! Thanks for the video man
Thank you for the video!
But my problem remains. Do you have a link for the zoom zoom-carburetor you are using?

Are you running any after market parts? Breather or exhaust? If so u may need to rich up!
I was having the same problem when I bought that, then I realized I had to put my old jets in.
If I wanted to put a dg exhaust on what would I change my jet to?
I'm not sure
@@everythingmechanical_yt also have you ever heard of putting a warrior carb with accelerator on the wolverine?
@@dwaynepinkham5179 Yes. Check my uploads, I just made a video on this
good informative video, thanks
What kind of gas do u put in it?

Yeah my zoom zoom has been great! Just use a different fuel filter than the one it comes with. That one is junk
Thanks for your video
Excellent video!! Thank you. My Wolverine idles but giving it slight throttle and it dies, this video should help me immensely.
Bro mines is doing the same did it ever fix the the problem?
@@southerntexan3554 Yes, I took the carburetor apart and two jets were plugged. Cleaned them and it runs great now.
