I barely get 6 hours of sleep and hardly any full body involving exercise but still keep up. I haven’t seen any height increase for 2years almost. I am really upset as I feel quite sad. If I regulate my sleep and continue to eat healthy. By anytime next year do you think I would grow 3 4 inches?

Hello, on Monday I did training, I trained jumps, only 100 jumps, a day later my bone started hurting, the tuberosity of the tibia was not strong enough, then the next day I started having pain in the joints around my ankles and knees, as well as this bone, and I don't know until after these jumps or maybe will this be the second growth spurt? i have 17,5-8 years
If you stretch them and decompress them you’ll definitely be able to grow (1-3cm) but you’ve go to do it consistently

Drinking a lot of milk(chocolate), eating a lot, getting a lot of sleep, and taking a d3 pill everyday helped me a lot, I’m 6’3 at 14

Took truheight when I was 12-13 went from 5'4 to barely 5'5. I am a year round althlete but I also do not get good sleep. I bought the capsules once and 2 bottles of gummes with a bottle of night gummies. Now I will say this could have just been puberty but also I was not taking it month after month I would take a month or two off. Now as of June 16th 2024 I am 5'5.3 at age 14 I am starting to take them again and I will be taking them month after month for 6 months. Other factors that might play is that I will aim for 7-8 hours of sleep,1 hour in the sun for vitamin D, taking KSM-66 ASWAGANDHA,and a healthier diet.
I'll follow up on December 16th 2024 with a true honest opinon with this product while taking into consideration my age and health habits.

Just went through a ACL and MCL surgery and I’m now on rehab. I will eat the gummies and also try out the supplement powder in the next coming months. I’m 24, 5’6 and 76kgs

I got something called gh force on Amazon. I also already take the basic vitamins in other supplements. The gh force thing I got has these amino acids that help with growth and hgh production in the pineal gland. I also workout and do sprints to boost hgh and drink lots of milk and have a high protein diet. Also am maximizing sleep and deep sleep at night. I have grown an inch in the last year, as I track my growth every year. And half of that growth was just over the summer. I just turned 21 on August 6th, and I grew more from 20-21 than I did from 19-20. Currently sitting at 5’9 and 3/4. I’ll measure myself when I go home for fall break so I can compare if I’ve grown. And then again at thanksgiving and Christmas. And then of course when I turn 22. I’ve really intensely added new things since I last measured myself on my 21st birthday. Let’s see how far I can go.

I would not recommend tru height because the gummies have melatonin in them. Melatonin through supplementation regulates your hormones and makes you dependent on it. And plus it’s really expensive. You can find alternatives for less than 50% of the price if you take the time to study the ingredients and nutritional value
1mg of Melatonin is harmful, you can fall into a medically induced coma
If u have time is there similar products that are half the price of Tru height that u would recommend. Or is better to optimize naturally with supplements like mag, d3, and calcium and excersises that are in ressitance training and plyometrics?
I'm pretty short myself but I like to take a multi vitamin and calcium tablets with d3. At night I'd recommend taking any sleep supplement preferably with magnesium and l Theatine. Try not to get melatonin in them. Try not to fully rely on supplements though try to eat a lot of whole foods @@zan9496

But in the US, most cows get pumped with estrogen I believe and that estrogen gets into the milk and we know estrogen is bad because it'll close your plates earlier and milk itself is highly processed so I'm not sure. I've stopped drinking milk and instead drink almond milk because milk breaks my skin out a lot
