You forgot about, Garret Hills nollie grind in his X Games real street part.
Wow! Wish we had that one in here! Definitely forgot that one, looks like his 5-0 was the warm up for that and filmed on the same session
“I’ve crooked it before, probably crook it again today”. Such a casual flex
R.I.P. Bama Hardy
Patrick Praman is not only a certified ripper but also a humble and grateful gentleman, his story was awesome ❤🔥. Also RIP James Hardy 🙏
Frfr
the trick looks soo effortless. but then you hear the hard story behind. impressive!
I thought the same. He seems like a really rad guy for sure
Dude ffs that’s exactly what I thought he’s like the coolest and chilliest guy alive
The only channel currently on UA-cam that I stop doing what I'm doing to watch.
What would you have been doing before? Randomly scrolling through the feed? How else would you find the video?
same
@@ZirkusRose i was outside cutting a tree down and my phone dinged. A massive notification from UA-cam that Dern Bros. have posted. I took a break and watched the video. I know you're not a detective.
That’s a fact
This old ledge by Thrasher too
imagine having this show in our teens... we got it in our 40s!!!
411vm, On video, Puzzle, Transworld... that was our stuff.
RIP James Hardy ❤️
Jamie Thomas has a trick at literally every famous spot. Legend!
The spots are famous cuz he skated them. Lol
@@bobbyventure720 which is even more crazy for finding so many legendary spots, and handling business at every one of them (except one) l>> the leap of faith
Skate or Die 💥👌
Agreed, I was thinking about that! Figgy also
Skateboarding is amazing. Here we are. Some dudes can earn money, by doing videos that preserve our history, and the rest can enjoy it for free. No big networks, just skaters, entertaining skaters. An amazing time.
My greatest moments in life are from skateboarding. Cannot think of a bad day I had while skateboarding. The slams make one stronger and it'll keep one fit. Still very in shape and I stopped in 2015.
At this stage, very little money. Share the channel so it grows.
@@theForrestGalantey Dude start again, even if it is old guy hours once a week. I pretty much stopped in 2021 since life caught up to me fast but I'm 36 now and I'm starting again this weekend. It's one of the only things that brought me such a sense of community with the locals and accomplishment with myself.
@@10DollarProductions Think you have a point. Haven't belonged to shit since I stopped skateboarding. Getting a board this coming week brother fuck it!
@@theForrestGalantey Hell yeah bless your ankles and knees.
That heelflip indy from Lindsay Robertson will always be the trick that pops in my head when i see this spot. Also Jamie's back lip and Reynold's nollie nose slide from Stay Gold
We love you James Hardy.. love that you guys do these spots, love you Dern bro's! Yall shred❤
RIP fellow skateboarder.. 😢 You will always be remembered and the skateboard community will never forget you and you will always live
I love how these guys actually skate all these spots too. The only time they don't is if the spot is unskatable for whatever reason. Super gnarly!
Rip James Hardy man, bummer he's gone. Glad to see him in the clip
This series was already great, and the community of pros getting involved is even better. 11/10. Nice to put James Hardy as the first trick as well, he's a talent to be fondly remembered. Edit: Just got to 12:40 and I see you're aware of James' importance, may he rest in peace.
“I just crooked it” is so humble when you’re talking about that spot. Kanaan rules for that
Patrick is a G. Y’all are legends. Keep em coming fam.
This show might be my favorite thing on the internet. Thanks for killing it every time.
You boys are reviving the scene. Big ups!
Lindsey Robertson heel flip indy is a core memory for me 💯
Favorite skate stuff on UA-cam right now keep it up please 💪💪
this series is so great because it blends the way skaters will progressively build off each other on a spot with sort of a more candid version of my war. very glad they're finally getting seen, well deserved.
Patrick's story is pretty incredible!
Another great day talking history!
Yes it was!
Patrick’s story was awesome. Rest in Playerdise, James
I just came across your channel 4 days ago and cant believe I never knew about it. I had seem some Dalton clips on instagram over the years but did not know you had a channel. This is by far my favorite skate channel now, showing some of the gnarliest tricks done at some iconic spots. You truly deserver more subs.
Hardy was the hometown champ from Huntsville that broke out and did it. He was a few generations after my time, but much respect for what he accomplished. Sorry to hear he passed recently.
Again, your dedication to including music in the culture of skateboarding is admirable.
I love that this channel has grown so much to the point they have sponsors and throwing skate contests
young jamie getting it !! back lip was dope
keep this series alive as long as possible i look forward to them such great content
It's crazy how gnarly all these spots are, yet you guys can casually do tricks down them. Love this series! 🔥
This video made me a fan of Patrick Praman. Great interviews ❤❤ keep it up, Dern brothers.
I love how you guys check off ppl you missed and give credit where it's due.

Rip James Hardy, roll tide roll forever
18:00 "he is going he is going weeeeeeee" 🤣
I love the battle stories to get a trick. That feeling of riding away is so good.
I'm always so stoked when you drop a new spot history vid. feels like the old days!
nollie tricks on that rail is impressive!!
I'm not even a skater and this is my favorite channel by far. I LOVE whenever I get a notification. Keep it up yall

Patrick is correct. This channel is my favorite skate yt channel. Skate History is such an incredible concept and you guys get better with every edition. Keep it up!
Sweet sick new world shirt.
I went last year, and am going this year.. can't wait for Sleep Token!
As a carpenter, it's cool seeing how renegade and DIY skateboarding has gotten. When we were kids, we used to skate spots that sucked and just hit it anyway. Then they made the Thrasher book and we started making ramps and getting tools, and now a couple of people I skated with when I was younger are also into construction. It's awesome seeing street skaters do it too. Learn from Rhino!!
Awesome video, Patrick Praman’s the man for battling for that trick!
You guys cover all of my favourite spots! Thank you, It's like a skatespot tourism, which I love to do when visiting countries with famous ones.
22:16 these dern bros commercial mode moments are hilarious 😂

Now THAT was a gnarly vid of a gnarly rail with a sick gap!! Action packed!!! Great job editing, great interview, and just so much talent. Cheers 🍻
Excellent as usual ❤

The main thing I've learned from this series is that Jamie Thomas skated everything first pretty much

The lads rolling a spliff in the whip 😂
Shoutout Eric Kunman! And RIP HARDY 🙏🏻
love these. It's insane how much research you do.
Dern bros are the best 👊
This channel is so dope. I’m old asl and can’t skateboard to save my life. But always mesmerized by skateboarding. The brothers and significant others plus child hanging out is so dope. Definitely one of my few favorites on UA-cam.
