    Great info. Just wish you weren’t in a small circle down in the lower right. Difficult to see your demonstration of movements/positioning.

    Very helpful video. How many sets and reps of each of these 4 exercises should you do?

      I would say 3 sets of 10 to start, then build off of that to 4 sets of 12. Once they get accustomed to the exercises they can go at their own pace and find what works for them!
