Something about adapters costing more than the product is wrong. The Firefield Stronghold cost under $40 and comes with the adapter. Just don’t know how it compares to Harris.
First a $40 dollar bipod is not going to compare to a Harris. Harris did not build their reputation by overcharging for an inferior product. Second that adaptor included in the Fire Field is a bandaid not comparable to the ADM. The factory attachment is replaced when using the ADM and the ADM is quick detach. Clamping an adaptor to the rail(not quick detach) and then attaching the bipod like you would to a sling stud is hardly a great mounting solution. I completely understand guys on a budget needing a solution but that is just it. The Fire Field is a budget piece of gear. I can assure you there is a reason some bipods cost over $300 dollars.
Very nice low-profile adapter from ADM. Just what I was looking for. Great price.
looks like a great product, how does the weight of this setup compare to how the harris comes from the factory?
Did not see a follow up. How are you liking this after using it?
ElectraRoadKing if you like Harris bipods and want a quick detach this is the way to go. I prefer Atlas bipods.
will that fit on a champion bipod? I got the knights armorment one that pans. had to sand it was a tight fit on my harris but its bad ass.
I’m not sure. I’ve never had or been around a champion.
