This is great because it will definitely thin out the crowding at the Centurion now we need Capital One to move in to JFK and LGA 😁
As a New Yorker, these two new lounges are the only reason I didn't downgrade my Sapphire Reserve in November (though I only knew about the LGA one, JFK one was a surprise). And they've overdelivered for sure.

@@MaxMilesPointsI agree with C1 Lounges being better than Centurion Lounges. I haven’t tried Chase’s lounges, but I mentioned in another comment that my home airport will be getting one.
Anyone who transits through Vegas will have access to C1 and Chase Lounges when they open there plus the Centurion Lounge that’s already there. The trifecta of credit card lounges!

I love the chase lounge at Logan and every one I’ve been to. Can’t say the same for AMEX

Great video. In the case of lounges being next to each other, there’s a thing called RFP’s, and when new lounges come ,they bid and their space options are very limited and it’s really dependent on the airports decision on where these lounges land ,so just so happens to have the space next to Amex.Even if Chase was there before, Amex would most likely be built right next to them as well because of how the airport decision process is done.
If you have cap one venture x with priority pass can you bring a guest? And does the Amex platinum get you access too?
Do you have to go through the TSA checkpoint to get from terminals A or C to get to B?

In case anyone was wondering, Spa Water = Sparkling Water. I had to ask someone the last time I was here what it meant 😅 Beautiful lounge. Will definitely come here again the next time I come to New York. The Amex Centurion lounge next to it is not as nice, and I’ve already cancelled my Amex Platinum because this lounge is so much better. I will miss the Delta lounge though.
I think the spa water is a flavored water! Last time I was at JFK Sapphire lounge it was cranberry mint spa water!
delta lounge is not worth to be missed. it's a tier below centurion lounges and two tiers below sapphire lounges. obviously if you take delta often that might be a different story.
I'm flying in on Mother's day to bring my Mother to the lounge. Will they let us in earlier than 3 hours before? I am flying from Boston just to spend the day at the lounge! Really wanna try it out

Centurion lounges used to have excellent food. Quality of food has degraded 75%. Very sad the situation of amex lounges...
